The rest of the day passed awkwardly. Even though Ron and I weren't exactly fighting still, the atmosphere surrounding us was tense.

Ron had been avoiding me and only hanging out with Celeste, leaving me alone for most of the day.

I guess I can't really blame him for being upset, I just thought he would at least still be talking to me.

It was time for dinner now, and the tension was most definitely apparent. Ron barely made eye contact with me as he sat at the table across from me, his eyes glued to the plate of food in front of him.

I wondered if he'd asked Celeste out or not.

Fred and George came bounding down the stairs and raced toward the table, excited to start dinner. Fred approached me from behind Ron, winked at me, and took the seat next to me.

"This looks delicious, mum," Fred said, giving Molly a big smile.

"Yeah, really great," I chimed in as Molly set the plate down in front of me.

"Thank you," she replied warmly. "I'm so glad all of you could come for Christmas. It's really been a wonderful holiday."

If you call being ignored by your best friend wonderful, then sure, it has.

Suddenly, someone kicked my shin hard under the table. "Ow," I muttered, looking up to see Hermione and Ginny staring at me with their eyes wide. They both nodded their heads in Fred's direction, and I got the hint.

"Now?" I mouthed back to them, very aware that we were currently eating Christmas dinner with the entire family.

"Yes," they mouthed back, like I had no reason to be hesitant.

Fred, too, was looking at them, and started to amp it up a notch. "So!" he exclaimed, turning to me. "Y/n, how would you like to play 'Which Weasley'?"

"Oh, Fred, not at Christmas dinner," Molly scolded.

I raised an eyebrow. " 'Which Weasley'?" I repeated.

He pulled his head back for a moment. "You mean we've never played with you?"

"No..." I trailed off, confused as to where Fred was going with this.

"It's easy. Basically, I ask a question, like, 'Which Weasley is most likely to..." He glances around at everyone seated at the table while he thought. " 'To fall all the way down the stairs?' And then you pick one of us that you think is most likely to do so."

"Fred, your mother said not to play at the table," Arthur cut in, narrowing his eyes at his son.

"Oh, come on, I haven't played in years!" Charlie piped up. "Let's have a go at it."

"Oh, alright," Molly sighed, smiling brightly now. We could all tell she secretly wanted to play too.

"Okay, I'll go first," Hermione spoke up, adjusting in her seat and grinning. "Which Weasley is most likely to..." She squinted her eyes and looked at everyone at the table while she thought of her question. "To get in a fight for a stupid reason?"

"Ron," everyone answered immediately, while Ron threw his hands up in the air in defeat and rolled his eyes.

"What?" he cried. "I am not."

"You so are," Bill laughed. "You get upset over the littlest things."

"Do not!" Ron whined.

"Okay, okay, my turn," Molly prompted, eager to get away from the controversial question that might spark another fight with Ron. "Which Weasley is most likely to make up an excuse to get out of helping around the house?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at all seven of her children.
