The Trying pov.Draco

The steps were getting closer and closer, I looked at Dobby and then at Hermione.

-" I'll come back, No one is supposed to see me here ."

I took Dobby's hand and he tapped his fingers.

When we arrived at my room I sat on my bed and looked at Dobby who was staring at me.

-" What are you staring at? " I asked with irritation.

-" Draco promised to Dobby to help Potter and his friends."

-" Well as you can see stupid, I don't have a plan yet and-"

-" But Dobby has a plan, sir."

-" And what is it?"

-" Dobby will go there and help them transform to Ron's house, for now, They have a protection spell there, Potter and his friends will be safe and-"

-" And where is the part where I get my Tessa back ?" I asked nervously.

He didn't say a word.

-" That's what I thought. and my answer is no.
No one goes nowhere before I get Tessa back."

-" So maybe Draco will take Potter and his friends to see Tessa, so they could help Draco?"

-" What do you mean?"

-" Draco needs to take them to the cabin"

-" Are you crazy? No way! "

-" Dobby thinks that is the only way they can help Draco and then Draco could help Potter and his friends."

-" No! you know I can't do this! My father will know they escaped and The lord will kill us. I can't. "

-" This is the only way sir, Dobby thinks it's gonna work ."

He disappeared leaving me alone to sit with my thoughts.

"How will I do this? it's against everything I know!"
"I can't! I'm a death eater! "
"My father will never forgive me, and The Lord will kill me. "

I walked in circles in my room, trying to find a way to save Tessa and keep myself alive.
After a while, I came to the decision that Dobby's plan is the only option I got.

"Dobby!" I called his name.

And Dobby appears in the corner of my room.
I looked at him and with a lot of hesitation, I said -" Fine, let's do this. tonight. "
I could see his smile. I didn't like it. to be honest I was afraid.

It was about midnight when Dobby appeared in my room again for the third time today.
And it was the first time I was really scared for my life.
I know that what I'm about to do is something that I will never be forgiven for if I'll get caught.
But I also know that for the first time, I know what I'm going to fight for is really worth it.
It's not because someone told me it's right to fight for it or taught me, it's because I want to fight for it.

When we were in the basement all ready to go, I looked at Hermione.

-" You know how to bring her back right?"

-" I will do my best."

And with that being said Dobby tapped his fingers.

When we appeared in the cabin the ginger boy had a lot to say.

-" bloody hell! what is this place ?"

-" It's not your business, we came here for something so i-"

-" Oh my god! Tessa!" Hermione screamed and ran towards the bed Tessa was laying on.

-" And that is why we are here ." I said with a cold voice.

As Hermione and her friends were checking Tessa I was just standing there nervous.
I was lost, I knew I brought them here to help get her back but at this point, I was really scared to hear "We can't do anything ".
I looked at her, she was so pretty, as always her tiny lips I missed so much, her little body just laying there.
I started to feel guilty.
Maybe if I wasn't so harsh with her and didn't push her away she would never leave me.
it's my fault.
I came closer to them and looked at Hermione that was holding her hand.

-" Can you help her?" I asked and my voice cracked.

-" If she somehow transformed to another reality, it means that only she can come back here."

-" What do you mean ?" I felt like I'm the only one who didn't get it.

-" If it's possible, the whole "Shifting" thing she was talking about... you see.... we don't know how to do it, we don't know how it works, that means that only she can bring herself back here ."

-" But you're supposed to be smart and know how to fix this! you know everything! there must be something-" I got mad but she interrupted me.

-" I'm sorry Malfoy! okay! She is my friend too! Do you really think I don't want to save her? but we can't! we don't know anything about this ! "

-" So you're just going to leave her here?"

-" of course not! we're gonna take her to Hogwarts hospital! "

-" No!" I screamed.

-" What do you mean no? she-"

-" She stays here, she will be in danger there! here she is safe! "

-" Are you joking? she's unconscious ! she needs to go to the hospital!"

-" I.said.no." I looked at her and I could feel the tension in the room.

Suddenly, I heard a voice behind me.

-" Here Dobby, take it, you are free now. "

I looked behind me and saw Potter gave Dobby his sock.

-" No! What have you done?" I ran toward Potter and pushed him.

-" I freed him! he deserves it! "

-" Dobby is free now !" Dobby was jumping around.

-" You ruined everything! like always! " I said to his face and punched him in the face.

-" Leave him alone! " Hermione came and tried to come between us with her wand pointing to my chest.

-" Move you stupid mudblood! Or I will-"

-" Dobby takes Potter and his friends to Hogwarts now, and Draco will not touch them! "

-"We will come back for you Tessa .. " Hermione gave a last look towards the bed. 

They all touched Dobby and disappeared.

-" Great! " I started to throw stuff around, breaking them.

"How could I believe them?
How could they leave their friend?
How could this Potter, stupid Potter, could free Dobby?
I'm so screwed! I'm so dead!
What will I say to my father? "Oh hey, father I just freed the people the lord waited for".
I am so dead."

After a while of breaking things around, I layed on the bed near Tessa, going gently with my fingers through her hair, whispering to her ear -
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry for everything.
if you could only hear me.
if we had only one last chance to talk, to just say goodbye.
if only I could hear your voice again..."
