☆Lauren☆
The guys lacrosse team is unreal. No wonder they win the championships every year. I always loved watching guys lacrosse. It's so much more intense and physical than girls lacrosse.
Evan is a middie as well and is so swift with his movements, getting around anything and anyone. Owen plays attack and scores like it's nobody's business, you never see him coming, he's that good. Grayson plays defense and no wonder they call him the bulldozer, no one can get past him. I laugh when Evan attempts to move past him and Grayson shoves him to the ground and steals the ball.
"So are you ready for the party?" Tana asks me. "What party?" Was there a party that I was supposed to know of? "It's at your house," she chuckles. How did I not know this?
"They throw one every year. It's the beginning of the season party that the guys team throws, inviting our team and some other randos," she explains. "Oh...when?" I ask her. "This Friday and get ready because it's one of the craziest parties of the year. They are very selective on who they invite and there's literally a line of people who try to get in," she explains.
Seriously? For a simple highschool party? "Wear your best bikini," she winks. "Huh?" I question. "It's a pool party silly, you should really talk to your brothers," she laughs. Indeed I should. Wait, we have a pool? How did I not notice?
The boys' tryouts finished and I waited for them at Graysons car. They walk over with their hair soaking wet from sweat and when we get in the car I almost hurl from the strong scent of BO radiating off of them.
"So does anyone wanna tell me why I didn't know about the party friday?" I ask them. "Oh ya, we're throwing a party Friday," Evan shrugs his shoulders typing on his phone. "Gee thanks for telling me," I scoof. "No problem," he winks.
"Liam and Henry don't care?" I state. "They will be out of town for a business trip this weekend so we are in the clear," Grayson explains. Ooo sneaky. "So how was tryouts?" I ask the guys. "Well let's just say you're not the only team captain," Owen smirks.
"No way you got nominated captain!?" I squeal. "All three of us did," he smiles and the guys nod. "Damn our family is so superior now that I think about it," Evan jokes and we all laugh.
Once we get home we all shower and eat dinner. Today was a long day and what better way to relax then using a token from my stash....
I shove it in my hoodie and sneak out the back door. Huh, what do you know? There is a pool. Right as I close the door I hear whispering. I look to my right and see Owen and Evan passing a joint. Wow guess we really are triplets.
I let out a small laugh and they snapped their heads to me. Evan quickly hides the joint and I laugh harder. "Relax, I won't tell anyone," I say walking over. They scootch over allowing me to sit in the middle of them.
I pull out my own joint from my pocket and both their eyes widen. "You always manage to surprise me," Evan scoofs. He hands me his lighter and I light the joint. "What? Though I was a spoiled selfish brat like my mom?" I release a drag.
"Shit you heard us that night?" Owen states and I nod. "We're super sorry Lauren we didn't mean for you to hear that. I guess we didn't really know what to expect from you and were too quick to judge. We couldn't have been more wrong about you." Evan says softly.
"Ya, and I guess we were mad at mom...your mom for leaving us and taking you with her and not all of us," Owen releases a drag. "Wait?" I perk up. "You guys don't know?" I look at the both of them. They both look confused at me. "One sec I'll be right back," I say getting up handing Evan my joint.
I ran up to my room to grab mom's letter out of my dresser and head back downstairs. I walk back outside and the guys quickly hide the joints. "It's just me," I laugh and they relax. I take my seat between them and unfold the letter and hold it out for them to read.
Their eyes widen while reading the letter. Once they read it they take one long drag. "Well shit..." Evan finally says. "She did this all for you?" Owen asks and I nod. "She never stopped loving you guys or forgot about you all," I say giving their hands a tight squeeze.
It's quiet for a while. All you can hear are the crickets chirping and the smoke in the air. "Fucking bastard," Evan sneers interupting the silence. "Evan..." Owen warns. "What! Everything that man said what a fucking lie!" he yells and Owen sighs. "Who?" I ask.
"Daddy dearest," Evan sneers. "I don't understand," I comment. "He told us that she didn't love us anymore , saying she was evil and selfish and that's the reason she left," Owen explains. "I don't fucking blame her now," Evan states. Wow he really said that about his own wife? I get it was an arranged marriage but still. And to tell his own children that their mother didn't love them anymore...that's horrible.
"Thanks for sharing this with us Lolo, we really appreciate it," Owen sofly smiles and Evan nods. "Of course...you guys deserved to know," I say softly.
We changed the conversation to a lighter topic. We talk about lacrosse and how funny it was seeing Tana get angry and that it took all of them to restrain her.
We finish smoking and stumble into the house laughing hysterically. We were really feeling it now. We stop dead in our tracks when we see Grayson infront of us. I'm sure our eyes are glassy red right now. "Idiots..." he scoffs rolling his eyes and walks right past us which only causes the three of us to laugh more.
We call it a night and all of us head to our rooms. Luckily Liam and Henry weren't around to see us. I change into my Pjs, climb into my bed and turn the TV on.
My door swings open and Owen and Evan walk in. Evan has a bag of candy and Owen has a bowl of popcorn. "Someone's got the munchies," I laugh and Evan flips me off.
They lay down on either side of me and Owen snatches the remote out of my hand. Luckily my bed is king size, so we all fit. Owen turns on a horror movie and Evan turns the lights off. Ok guess we're having a movie night.
My eyes get droopy and the last thing I remember is resting my head on Evans' shoulder.
I'm woken up to the sunlight burning my eyes. I freeze when I see Evan laying on his back with his arm draped over my neck making it harder to breath. And somehow Owen ended up at the end of the bed with his feet in my face!
"Guys!" I squeal. They all jerk up falling off thebed and I victoriously laugh. "Fucking hell Lolo," Owen groans standing up. "Ya not cool," Evan grumbles stretching. They grab the snacks and shuffle out of the room complaining.
I laugh, even though being almost suffocated and having feet in my face, I still love those boys...
Wow never thought I'd say that, well think that. But it's true I love them, just didn't think it would happen this quickly...
