'i'm sorry for not believing you guys..'

"do you think that they'll forgive me?" i ask mattia as we walked up the steps to his house.

mattia looks down at me and smiles and then nods. "of cource they will. your elora, their best friend."

i quickly nod and look down at my feet as we walk.

mattia opens the front door and we walk in and i see gia, fabiana, kai and ale sitting on the sofa talking.

"elora?" fabiana asks after she turned her head towards the front door.

i gently smile. "i'm sorry for not believing you guys.."

all of a sudden, the four come running at me and wrap their arms around me in a hug.

i let out a laugh and quickly hug them back.

"we've missed you so much!" alejandro said.

"i've missed you guys too!" i giggle.

after a while of hugging and catching up we all end up having food together at the table.

"who even told you that we left you for dead?" kairi wonders as he sticks food into his mouth.

"my best friend, miguel." i answer and i watch the smile on gia's face fall into a frown. i sigh, "he said that when he found me i was on my own."

"wait, what was he even doing in the warehouse?" fabiana furrowed her eyebrows.

"he's a police officer."

they nod and i noticed that gia was very quiet and i knew why. "listen gia, he became my best friend because i had no one else.. he was my only friend other than his sister."

gia nodded. "it's fine, it's just weird thinking about you having a different best friend."

i smiled and her. "but don't worry now, you're my best friend along with them." i spoke, nodding my head towards the others sat at the table.

it was now the night and mattia and i were in his bedroom. he was getting changed and i was laying down on his bed.

"i still haven't told my dad that we're good again." i chuckle as i look up at the ceiling.

mattia glances over at me. "what'd you think he's gonna say?" he wonders and i shrug.

"my dad is a man of many emotions," i smile. "but i think he'll be happy that i'm happy."

mattia nods and then walks over to the bed and gets in. he snakes his arm around my waist and i lay my jeans on his chest. he pulls the covers over us and kisses me on the top of my head.

"goodnight, i love you." me whispers and i feel butterflies swim around in my stomach.

"goodnight, i love you too."

"so you and mattia are back together again?" papa asks and i nod.

it was the next day and i had gone back home to tell my father about mattia and i.

"yes, and i'm friends with the others again. i found out that they didn't leave me for dead, and that miguel just showed up after they had gone and thought i was dead."

papa nods. "well, that's good. i'm happy for you. what are you going to tell miguel?" he wonders and i shrug.

"i'm not sure.. i'm probably just going to tell him straight up that i'm friends with them again."

he pulls me in for a hug. "imagine if your mom was here," he chuckles. "all the mess that's been going on."

i lightly laugh as i feel tears sprout in my eyes. "i miss her.." i mumble and he nods.

"so do i."

ok so this is short because i was writing this while i was in class but oh well. also i told u all a lie, last chapter when i said about 1 big plot. i actually just remembered about the other one that's in my notes. but basically there's 2 more big plots and 1 more small one. love u all <3
