"she must be a special lady." the man behind the counter smiled as he gave me the box with the silver ring in it.

i smirk at the thought of elora and nod. "yeah she is."

i then leave the shop and began to walk back to my car.

elora and i have finally joined mafias. we told our soldiers and some took it well and some didn't and left. we decided that i was going to be capo and we'd name our new mafia, gambino.

the news spread pretty quickly and a couple other mafia's were shocked.

elora's dad was supportive of the decision we had made. my dad was a bit hesitant about it. he said 'what about the name toupees? is it just going to be forgotten?'

he's got a point but i told him that he could be capo of the toupees again and anyone that wanted to join him can.

i eventually made it to my car and got in. i put the white bag with the ring in, on the passenger seat and put my seat belt on when i got a call.

i got out my phone from my pocket and sighed at the contact name.

i answered it and then connected it to my car so i could talk while driving.

"what?" i ask and i hear her huff, out of breath.

"okay so, alejandro and i have set up the table and made it romantic and shit, kairi, miguel and fabiana are with elora, keeping her distracted. is there anything else you want us to do?" she explained.

"um no, no that's it. thanks guys."

"no problem, boss." i heard alejandro yell and i just rolled my eyes playfully and chuckled.

"whatever, oh and alejandro, when i get back can you make sure my medicine is ready? i haven't taken it today."

"yup."

"thanks bro."

once i finally got home i headed inside and took my medicine. i then called gia and ale downstairs so they could look at the ring i got elora.

the two came rushing downstairs like i had just said that i had bought them ice cream.

"calm down." i smile and they quickly nod.

"so, let's see the ring then." gia nudged my arm and i nodded quickly before taking the blue velvet box out of the white bag.

i then opened the box up and their eyes widened. "what? do you not like it?"

gia slowly shook her head. "n-no, it's not that.. i-it's beautiful mattia, she'll love it. any girl would love that."
