Chapter 33- Come and Get Your Love

Ryland POV

This morning when I went out to the tour bus all was usual, except Riker was missing. He was in his bunk sobbing. Juliet left last week, and he's been up all week crying. Poor guy.

"So, what are we gonna do about Riker," Zoey asked.

"I already cheered Ryland up last time, so I'm out this time," Ellington said.

"You definetly did not cheer me up," I pointed out.

"That's not important."

Grace rolled her eyes and got on with the subject, "How about somebody take him to a theme park. He loves those, right?"

"Yea, I guess. I'll take him," I offered.

"You sure?"

"Yea, what could be so bad?"

Later that day Anamaria and I took Riker to an amusement park near London.

"What ride do you wanna go on first," I asked as we walked in the park.

Riker shrugged his shoulders. I tried to cheer him up to come here, but it didn't work. We practically pulled him out the bus. He had a blank stare in his eyes, along with dark bags placed right under them. It's pretty sad to be honest.

"How about we go on the Hulk Buster first," Anamaria suggested.

"Perfect."

We went to the Hulk Buster and waited in the huge line. After about an hour we finally got on the ride. Anamaria looked anxious as we sat in our spot.

"You nervous?"

"No, roller coasters are the best thing ever!"

"You're not nervous at all?"

"No, why would I be?"

"I don't know, I just thought maybe you would be."

For such a usually shy person, she can surprise you. I figured she would be nervous about going in rides all day, turns out she loved them... a lot. 

We were getting something to eat around noon. Anamaria and I were getting corn dogs, and Riker was no where to be found, we figured we would find him later somewhere. When we were sitting at a table with our food, Anamaria was pointing somewhere and telling me to look.

"What? I don't see what you're looking at," I told her, still looking where she was pointing.

"Over there, who's Riker talking to?"

 I looked back to where she was pointing. Riker was talking to a girl! It's a miracle! And he's smiling! Is this real, somebody pinch me!

"Ooh, Riker's got a new girlfriend," I teased.

"Did him and Juliet even breakup?"

"Nevermind, Riker does not have a new girlfriend."

"He better not at least. Should we go over there?"

"No. Stay, let's see what they do."

We watched for a few minutes. We weren't stalking, just watching intently from a distance. There's a difference.

"She's totally flirting with him, doesn't she know he has a girlfriend," Anamaria ranted.

"Unless he told her it's unlikely."

"Wait, they're walking away."

Anna and I just looked at eachother, and we knew we were thinking the same thing. We both got up and chased after the other two.
