Chapter 7- Kissin U

Ross's POV

"Ross, can I talk to you," Zoey asked me.

"Uh, sure."

I followed her outside, and she was about to say something, but I kissed her. After a second or two, she kissed back. We stayed like that for a minute or so. I felt the whole world around me had vanished. It felt my whole life just connected, every heartbreak, every complication had just found a result. I was only paying attention to her. I was amazing. But then we were interrupted.

"Ahem," some girl with golden brown hair said.

"Um who are-," Zoey interrupted me.

"GRACE!!"

The brown haired girl, and Zoey ran to each other, and hugged.

"I thought you wouldn't get her until next week," Zoey asked her.

"I surprised you, and came here a few days early. And when I saw you with Mr. Blondie, I had to do little eavesdropping."

"Umm.. not to interrupt your little reunion, but who are you," I asked.

"Oh, I'm Grace, Zoey's bestfriend. And you must be Ross Lynch," Grace said.

"Uh, yea, I'm Ross. Did you already know me or..."

"Well, yes, my little sister literally loves you. But other than that Zoey wont shut up about you," I saw Zoey blush.

"Aww, your so cute when you blush," I told Zoey.

"Whatever," she laughed.

"So Zoey who's your little friend," Rocky said putting his arm around Grace. She giggled.

"I'm Grace, and you must be Rocky."

"I guess I get to play matchmaker," Zoey whispered in my ear.

"I'll help," I whispered back.

"Oh, Rocky, you need to get stuff for the barbeque tonight, maybe you and Grace could go together?"

"Um, okay? Do you want to come Grace?"

"Okay, we'll be back later," then they left.

"Our job is done here," Zoey said, and smiled at me.

"I guess you're right."

"What are you two plotting," Rydel asked with a suspicious look.

"Just setting up Rocky and Grace," Zoey answered with a smile.

"Ooh, we have to come up with a ship name."

"They aren't even dating yet," I told them.

"But they will," Rydel said with a smirk.

"Okay then."

"So, once again, what is their ship name going to be," Rydel asked.

"Um, the only ones I can think of are Race or Gocky."

"That's already a word, and ew, Gocky really?"

"They have hard names," Zoey shrugged.

"Yea, we can think of one later."

"Okay... movie night?"

"Yes!"

Then they ran off, leaving me alone. That's great.

Grace's POV

Rocky and I were currently driving to the store.

"So, tell me about yourself," Rocky asked me.

"Um, I'm 18, I'm British obviously, I have a little sister and an older brother, and I love music. Plus Zoey is my best friend."

"Cool, well I'm 19, I'm not even going to try to count all my family, and music is my life."

"So, I see we have a lot in common," I feel so bubbly inside, in a good way. He's so sweet, and musical, and smart, and... you get the point.

"I guess we do."

"Ooh, I love this song," then I turned up the radio.

"Me to," he said, smiling. We started singing along to the song, as loud as we could.

"TONIGHT, TONGHT, PARTY ON THE ROOFTOP TOP OF THE WORLD..."

By the end of the song we were both out of breath.

"You know you have really a really good voice," he complemented me.

"Uh, thanks, but I really don't. You have a really good voice though."

"Nothing compared to yours."

"Yea right."

"But seriously, have you ever done singing lessons?"

"Umm, no, but back in London Zoey and I covered songs together."

"You should try singing here, people will love you. I can see it on a build board now. 'Come see Grace... uh, what's your last name?"

"Robins, Grace Robins."

"Okay... 'Come see Grace Robins at the Staple Center'."

"Haha, in my dreams."

"Don't you mean 'in your dreams'?"

"Usually, but since its my dream, I mean 'in my dreams'."

"That can be arranged."

"What's going on in that brain of yours?"

"Stuff."

The rest of the ride we kept talking about random stuff, then the ride ended as we pulled into the grocery store. I was getting out of the car, when he grabbed my arm.

"Wait," he said. Then he leaned it, and put his hand on my cheek. Then we kissed! Eek!
