Zoeys POV

I drove down HollyWood Boulevard, and Rodeo Drive, I got a couple of people to turn their head at my awesome car! I finally decided I wanted to go to the beach, my favorite place on earth.

I pulled up in beach parking lot, parked my car, and started walking down to the shore. I found an empty spot on the beach, and texted my best friend a picture.

Me- u jealous 😎

Grace- yes 😡 but I'll be there next week 😊😋

Me- can't wait, gtg ttyl bye

Grace- bye

I sat with my feet in the water! when a soccer ball hit my back. Perfect.

"Oww," I yelled as I jumped up.

"I'm so sorry," said a tall guy, with dark hair, and oceans blue eyes. Perfect. 😍

"Umm it's okay, I don't blame you, I mean it was your fault, I mean... you gorgeous," Smooth Zoey, "Wait, why did I just say that? I'm just gonna walk away now."

"Wait," he said grabbing my arm, before I could leave. "I think you're gorgeous."

I must have laughed like an idiot, because he was smiling amused.

"Maybe, we could go to the pier," he said.

" okay, I'd like that."

After walking down the pier (with Jake, his name was Jake), we played games, rode rides, and ate hotdogs, we finally decided it was getting late.

"So maybe we could do this again," he asked me.

"Yea, I'd really like that, I have to go, but call me sometime."

"I'm gonna need your phone number to call you." Oh, yea, I mentally face palmed.

I handed him my phone number, and drove home. But get this... he gave me kiss before I left!!!

I pulled up in my driveway, and was opening the front door, when someone walked up to me.

"Hi, you must be our new neighbor," the girl asked.

"Yea, I'm Zoey, and you are...."

"Oh, I'm Rydel, you should come meet my family sometime, we're having a cook out tonight, if you'd like to come."

"Umm, sure when should I come?"

"We're eating in like a half an hour," she replied.

"Okay, I'll be right over," with that I walked inside. I put on some different clothes, and re-did my hair, I almost never wore makeup. Wasn't my thing, I guess.

I walked over to Rydel's house, and knocked on the door. I heard people running around in the house, almost eminently Rydel answered the door.

"Hi," she said gesturing me in.

"Hi," she closed the door behind me.

"So my parents are cooking dinner, so you can follow me," we walked to where her parents were.

"Mom, Dad, this is Zoey, Zoey, this is Mom and Dad," Rydel said introducing us.

"Hi sweetie you can call me Stormie, or whatever you'd like," Stormie said motherly.

"Nice to meet you, Zoey, you can me Mr. Lynch," Mr. Lynch greeted me.

"Nice to meet you Stormie, and Mr. Lynch," I said trying to sound polite.

"You two girls, can joins the boys in the pool," Stormie told us.

"Umm, I don't have a swimsuit," I said.

"You can borrow one of mine," Rydel said dragging me upstairs.

She took me to her room, which was decked out in pink, and Hello Kitty, a lot of Hello Kitty. She dug through her drawers, and then tossed me a swimsuit.

"You can get changed in the bathroom, it's down the hall and to the left."

"Okay, thanks," I walked to the bathroom, and got changed. I was now wearing a yellow, sparkly bikini. I walked back to Rydel's room, and found her wearing a Hello Kitty bikini.

We walked out to the pool, where she introduced me, there was one that stood out to me.

Ross.

He was perfect, but I was dating Jake, but Ross. Oh, Ross.
