Morgue's POV.

When I woke up, Desi was still peacefully passed out on my chest. I shook her awake and she groaned. She lightly slapped my face with her hand.

"I'm not your alarm clock. What do you want for breakfast?" I asked her as she sat up. She smiled a tired smile and hugged me.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked her. She nodded and got up. She headed towards the bathroom to shower and turned on her music. I sat down on the couch and took out my phone to tell Todd I might be a little late. I could hear Desi singing Roxanne from the living room and it sounded amazing. I had forgotten how much I loved her voice. When she came out she was wrapped in a towel with her hair dripping wet.

"Do you by any chance have a blow dryer?" She asked me, smiling.

"It burned out. You might want to towel dry your hair." I told her. She laughed and walked back in the bathroom to put on pants and a bra, then walked out with no shirt.

"Forgetting something?" I asked her laughing. She laughed and shook her head.

"No. My shirt got wet." She laughed. I looked down and saw her rib cage. It had a withering rose on it which didn't surprise me considring her band was Withered Rose.

"Todd gave us the day off so you're okay to run around shirtless. But only here! I don't need guys checking you out in the apartment bulding. That'd be awkward for the both of us." I told her after I took a sip of coffee. She laughed and headed towards the door.

"Desi. Don't you dare open that door!" I warned her. She gave me a evil look and cracked the door open.

"Oh come on! Theres no one out here!" Right as she said that I heard a guy whistle.

"I lied." She said laughing and waving. I walked up behind her and grabbed her before someone elses did.

"Odd child. My God. Trying to get yourself raped?" I laughed. She loked at me and smiled that cute smile of hers. We were totally having a moment when I heard a knock on the door.

"Dude. Keep your girlfriend under control." It was one of the guys that walked by and saw her.

"Not my girlfriend. But okay." I told the guy and then samming the door in his face. Desi was on the floor laughing uncontrollably.

"Get up. You can barrow my hoodie today since your shirts wet." I told her, helping her up and tossing her my hoodie with the rips in it. She slid it on and sat on the couch next to me.

"Sara wants to know when you are returning me." She told me.

"Never." I instantly replied

"Lets go do something today!" Desi suggested. I shrugged.

"LIke what?" I questioned. She smiled at me like the Cheshire Cat.

"Skating." She demeanded.

"If you can get me to skate, I'll buy your dinner." I bet her, knowing that she wouldn't win. She stood up and walked out the door. I followed her out to my car and we got in.

"So you really want to go skating?"I asked her. Then I remebered her and I skating at my house on Christmas. Good memories. We got to the skating rink and we were instantly greeted by the sound of Glad You Came. But the good version. The We Came As Romans version. She got her skates and I got mine.

"Put them on. We're doing this. Now." She demanded. I grabbed the skates and put them on.

"You are the Devil." I joked. She shrugged and laughed.

"So I've heard." She said as she helped me up. She flew backwards and fell on her back.

'You okay?" I asked her. She got up and laughed then nodded. It wasn't as crowded as I thought it'd be so she was able to drag me to the actual skating rink area. The whole time we were skating I had to hold on to Desi though. But not because I couldn't skate. She was going all over the place and falling on her face.
