Alexis' POV
It was the evening of Friday and I was being driven to the airport by Bailey. She was such a great friend.
She then asked me what Yogs I think I'll be close friends with.
I answered with, "I'm not really sure but it will probably be Hannah or Kim. I guess it could also be whoever I'm staying with or who I'm editing for, B." (I only called Bailey "B" on special occasions, so she could tell I was nervous.)
She then replied, "Aw, Lex, you're nervous! Don't be! Be happy! Get hyped! For all we know, you could be staying with Hat Films."
My heart stopped knowing that Bailey was right. "Holy shit, B. You're right! I could!"
Bailey kind of smirked at me as we pulled up to the drop off station at the airport. She helped me get my bags out of her car and we hugged.
I told her, "I'm going to miss you lots, B. I'll make sure to keep in contact with you and let you know what's happening." "I'm gonna miss you too, Lex. I'll contact you if you're busy or if you forget." We laughed because I did forget quite often. We hugged once again and we waved to each other as I walked in the airport.
The 10 hour flight to Bristol wasn't all that bad considering I played MineCraft most of the way there. Although, people who got up to use the bathroom were awfully annoying.
Anyways, I turned after getting my bag from baggage claim, to find 3 gents, 2 tall and 1 slightly shorter, staring at me. Now, in my mind, I'm freaking out like OH MY FUCKING GOD, IT'S HAT FILMS. In the lads' minds, they were probably thinking what the fuck was wrong with me.
Anyways, after a long stare, I ran up to them, dropped my luggage, and hugged all three of them at once.
Chris, better known as Trott, then said, "Well, that was a great introduction!" very sarcastically.
Ross and Alex both chuckled but looked very shocked as to what just happened.
"Oh, I'm sorry. My inner fangirl came through and I couldn't help myself. Anyways, I'm Alexis, Alexis Montoya."
"Nice to meet you, Alexis Montoya," said Ross.
"Yeah, you must be the one Lewis told us to pick up," said Alex.
Alex was great. He was an adorable ginger with sparkling blue eyes and looked a little over 6 foot. His personality was almost just like mine. Witty, bubbly, and very dirty-minded.
I finally answered Alex with, "Yeah. I mean, I guess so. Who else would you be picking up at the airport?" The boys laughed and Chris said, "Good point."
We went to the car and Alex took my bag from me, insisting that he put it in the truck for me. When he reached for the bag, our hands touched. It was like time stopped. I felt my heart skip a beat until Ross told us to get in.
Ross drove and Alex sat in the front with him. Thank god. Chris sat in the back with me and we all sat in silence until Ross broke it.
"So, Alexis, where are you from?"
"I'm from Pennsylvania. It's on the eastern side of the United States."
"Ahh, that's right. Lewis did say that."
I didn't really know what else to say so I decided to text Bailey.
A: GUESS WHO PICKED ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT
B: idk who
A: FUCKING BAE YOU KNOW WHO IM TALKING BOUT
B: NO WAY YOURE IN THE CAR WITH HAT FILMS
A: YES YES YES
I was laughing at how excited we both were and Chris asked who I was texting.
I said, "Oh, it's my best friend from back home, Bailey. We do everything together so there's basically not ever a moment where I'm not talking to her."
"Oh. Does she wanna Skype? I'm sure we all wanna see her."
Alex answered with, "Yeah, sure, mate. Fuck it. Call her. I would be delighted to "meet" her."
"Ross?" said Chris and Alex in unison.
"Yeah, go for it."
B: WHAT THE HELL YOU LUCKY ASS BITCH I LOVE YOU
A: Haha the boys asked if you wanted to start a skype call with me so they can "meet" you
B: OMG yes! Gimme a sec
A couple minutes later came a Skype call from xobaileyluvsyouox.
I say, "Here she is! Say hi!"
The three men said, "GOOD DAY!", all at the same time.
Bailey just gave the usual hello, but you could tell she was excited and happy for me.
We ended the call right before we made it to the lads' flat, so we spent about an half hour on Skype. Bailey kept texting me about Smith and I told her to chill out. I just got here for Christ's sake.
The boys, who were actually grown men in their late 20's, gave me a tour of their flat of which they shared together.
Ross said, "This is where you'll be staying." They had an extra room in between Alex's and Chris' room which looked great for me.
That's when my dumbass self took in what Ross had just said. I'm living with Hat Films.
