GamerGirl Chapter 12 Party?

Alexis' POV

After we cleaned up the mess of flour on the floor in the kitchen, we got ready for the day ahead. I changed into a white Walrus Vision t-shirt, black leggings, and black Vans. I decided to pull my hair into a high ponytail, even though I usually hate when it's up. I went downstairs and the boys were all ready. Ross decided to drive and we went through the driveway of this coffee shop I never heard of. We grabbed some coffees and made our way to YogTowers.

We sat in the Hat Films office and were just doing whatever, whether it was editing, making thumbnails, or just fucking around on the computer.

Chris went to the kitchen to grab a mug of tea and Ross asked, "What are we doing for Trott's birthday?" I actually never brought that thought to mind. I looked at Alex and we both gave Ross some poker faces.

I decided to speak up and say, "Um, I don't know. Does he like surprise parties?"

Ross said, "Trott usually likes any place where alcohol is."

I laughed and said, "Should we just hold a surprise party here, or should I ask Katie for suggestions? She might have something in mind."

Alex said, "I think you should ask Katie. She seems to know a lot about Trott."

Ross said, "Gee, I hope she knows a lot about her own boyfriend. Anyways, yeah, I would ask Katie."

"Okay, I'll be right back." I went to go to the common room when I saw Chris walking down the hall.

He asked, "Where are you off to?"

I said, "Oh, the common room."

"For what? I asked if you guys needed anything."

"Um, I need to speak to, uh, Hannah."

"You don't sound very sure."

"I am. Well, see you in a couple minutes." I walked off to the common room knowing that Chris was probably going to ask the boys what was up with me. I texted them saying to tell Chris that I went to speak to Hannah, so our lies don't get mixed up.

Anyways, I reached the common room and called Katie. "Hey Katie."

"Oh, hi, Alexis. What's wrong?"

"Nothing's wrong, haha. Don't worry. I just wanted to know if you had any plans for Chris' birthday."

"Um, no, I don't. Why?"

"Ross, Alex, and I were talking about it. We just wanted to make sure we don't screw up your plans."

"Oh, well, I don't have anything planned. What were you guys thinking?"

"We were thinking of a surprise party for him. Does he like surprise parties?"

"Honestly Lex, just bring him some alcohol, and he'll love the party."

"Haha, okay. Thank you. Bye!"

"Bye, bye!"

As soon as I hung up, I texted Hannah saying if Chris asks, I talked to you in the common room today. I told her I'll tell her why later.

I went back to the HatFilms office, when I was stopped by Simon. I was really confused, considering we don't speak much.

He said, "Have you seen my box of Jaffa Cakes? I left them on the counter in the kitchen, and now I can't fucking find 'em.

I laughed and replied. "Nah. I haven't seen a box of Jaffas lying around Simon. Sorry." That's weird, not seeing Jaffas lying around YogTowers. I laughed to myself.

Simon asked, "What's so funny?"

"Oh, nothing. Well, I gotta go. See you later!" I waved to him and he waved back looking confused. I laughed to myself once more, then entered the office.

The boys were all sitting down, focused on their computer screens.

"Hey lads."

They all gave me a quick glance and looked back at their monitors.

"Rude much?"

They all then said hi, or hey, at different times.

"Gee, thanks." I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch. I haven't posted on Twitter recently, so I decided to post a picture of the boys "working". I posted the picture and put the caption, The boys are hard at work, so I guess they won't mind if I steal their candy >:) @alsmiffy @djh3max @trottimus. I then heard all the boys' phones vibrate, but they didn't check 'em.

I saw some Jolly Ranchers that sat on the shelf behind Alex, so I went behind him and leaned on his chair, pretending to watch what he was doing. I put my left hand on his shoulder, and I stuck my right hand behind me, grabbing the bag of Jolly Ranchers. I may have also grabbed the minature box of Jolly Rancher Chews he had, but don't worry about that. I then kissed the top of his head, and walked out of the office.

I headed towards the common room, just to chill. I sat eating the Jolly Ranchers, and looking at the replies on Twitter. I laughed at some of them. One of them said to hide whoevers' candy you decide to take. I accepted that. I decided that I was going to hide his bag of Jolly Ranchers in either Chris' or Ross' desk drawer. I had to keep them hidden in my bag though, because I needed the office to be empty.

I walked into the empty office and snuck the sweets into Chris' desk drawer. I giggled as I did so because I know Alex is going to be pissed and frustrated. I'm such a great girlfriend. He loves me. I sat on Alex's desk chair and went on my phone, scrolling through Twitter as I waited for the gents. They finally came, and we headed for the car.
