GamerGirl Chapter 7 Hat Chat?

I woke up quite cheerfully as I thought about what happened last night. Why must he be so perfect? I thought.

Anyways, I hopped into the shower real quick, and hopped out of the shower real quick. I quickly changed into one of my few pairs of skinny jeans that happened to be ripped at the thigh. I then threw on a t-shirt with 3 German shepherd puppies sitting next to each other on to go under my HatFilms hoodie. I finally threw on my black Vans and jolted downstairs. I was in such a good mood.

I came downstairs to find Chris and Ross watching TV.

Chris then said, "In a good mood today, are we?"

I smiled and nodded until I said, "Yeah, great mood actually."

Ross and Chris just looked at each other with "what the fuck is wrong with her today" looks. I just laughed and waltzed my way into the kitchen to find Alex smearing butter on toast.

I run up behind him and hug him, wrapping my arms around his torso. I felt him bounce and shriek a little before he turned around to see who it was. I could tell from his smile he was happy to see me.

I asked him a somewhat awkward question which was, "So, are we an "item" now, as I guess you could call it?"

"Yeah, I mean, I guess so, but only if you wanna be. I won't force you into a relationship you don't want."

"No, I'm more than glad to be with you."

We both smile and stare at each other before Alex decides to lift my chin up with his hands. I keep smiling knowing what he's about to do. He leans into me and I reach up on my tippy toes as our lips meet. He puts his right hand on the back of my head pulling me into him slightly more. He then slides his left hand down to meet with my waist. I have both my hands on his chest as we passionately kiss.

Just then, Alex stops and looks over at the entrance of the kitchen. Confused why he stopped, I look over to find Ross staring at us, smirking.

Alex puts his hand on the back of his neck and awkwardly says, "Oh, hey. Um, yeah. Alexis and I are kind of a thing now. Heh...," and smirks when he finishes. He looks back at me and I was just smiling at him and he smiled back.

Ross then says, "Good job, mate. You finally got yourself a lady. Better yet, a lady gamer."

Alex and I laugh and Ross just smiles. Alex grabbed his toast and we all walked into the living room to find Chris.

I said, "Hey Trotty...." He knows I only call him that when I'm hiding something so obviously, he raises an eyebrow.

"What's wrong? What happened? Is it bad?" Chris asked very gravely. We all chuckled and Chris looked at us confused.

"Nothing bad happened, Chris! Don't worry, I promise. Something good actually happened," I said smiling, then looking at Alex.

Chris could only say, "No way."

"Way," I replied.

"I don't believe it."

"Well, you best believe it mate," replied Alex.

Chris smiled and just patted Alex on the shoulder. "Damn, Smith. I never thought you'd fall for someone who worked with you. I mean, I guess it's different with Alexis, considering she's a lot like you and you guys have a lot in common. I mean, look, you guys are both sarcastic bastards."

We all laughed until I checked my phone to look at the time.

"Shit. We gotta leave guy,." I said. "But before we leave, we say nothing about Alex and I right now unless someone suspects something. Got it?"

The boys nodded in agreement, so we left.

We arrived at YogTowers and Alex held my hand until we made it inside. I walked into the gents' office with them because I wanted to see if Chris needed anything edited.

I went to walk out but Alex grabbed me by the arm and pulled me into him. We smiled and kissed for only a second, but it felt like a lifetime. We pulled apart and I walked over to the door, waving before exiting. I then went to my office to edit some hilarious Hat Corp.

About an hour later, I received a text message from Chris.
C: hey come to our glorious office
A: alright lusty walrus be there in a sec

I entered their office and they were all sitting at their own desk. Chris then gets up and walks over to me.

"Thank for joining our glorious office", he says smiling.

"No problem. It gave me a break from pissing myself from laughing," I replied laughing.

"Anyways, Lex, we were wondering if you would like to join us for an episode of Hat Chat."

"Of course! I would love to! I have always wanted to!"

"Great! Well, that's pretty much all I had to talk to you about." He paused. "Wait! I heard you were good at drawing. Is this true?"

"I'm not horrible. Why?"

"Just wondering for future reference. That's all," Chris replied as he smirked.

I shrugged and went back to my office. 10 minutes later, I get a text from Alex.
A <3: hey, wanna play mc with me and the boys
A: yeah sure Skype me
A <3: alright

I received a Skype call from Alex and accepted it. We then started to shoot the shit while playing MineCraft.

While we were driving home, I thought about how glad I was that no one had noticed Alex and I sucking face quite frequently throughout the day. Then it hit me. I didn't text Bailey today!
A: I'm one of the happiest ppl alive rn :D
B: oh yeah? Is it about Smith?
A: maybe
B: hahah what happened Lex?
A: we be a couple now :)
B: awh thats good!
A: I know! Well, I gtg
B: bye bye ! ☺️
A: bye! ❤️

It was about 9:00, so I just decided to jump into pajamas and go to bed. I turned off the lights and hopped into my bed quite carelessly.

A minute or so later, Alex decides to walk in with his pajamas on. He raises his eyebrows and smirks at me asking if he could sleep with me tonight. I rolled my eyes, laughed, then patted next to me. Alex hopped in and we basically just laid there and spooned. He put his right hand over my waist as he held me close to him. He made me feel like he would protect me and keep me safe. I was insanely lucky to have him in my life.

Alex then whispered, "I love you," in my ear and I said, "I love you more," back at him.

We both then drifted off into a very comforting sleep and hoped I spent the rest of my life in his arms.

Hey Hatters and Yognau(gh)ts! I'm going to be writing another story soon that's going to basically play as a diary of my life. It'll probably be funny considering my friends will be involved in it.
