GamerGirl Chapter 5 MineCraft

Alexis' POV

I woke up the next day excited. I was happy to start decorating my office. I was also excited to see the lovely doofuses downstairs and the rest at YogTowers.

I hopped in the shower real fast and quickly dried off. I decided to wear the t-shirt based on Lewis, Simon, and Duncan's MineCraft series, MoonQuest. It was the t-shirt that pictured a circle that said JAFFA in the middle with a spaceship flying around it and it said "HOLD SPACE TO SLOW DOWN" on the outer ring of the circle. I also threw on black leggings, black Vans, and a Hat Films hoodie. I pinned my hair, which was parted more so to the left, back on both sides of my head. I threw on some eyeliner and mascara and went to grab some pictures for my office to put up.

I grabbed a picture of the boys and I on the first day at their - excuse me, our - flat. I also grabbed a picture of Bailey and I and wished she could be here.

I went downstairs to find the three bums sitting on the couch. Alex was eating cereal out of the box, Chris was drinking some tea, and Ross was on Twitter.

I greeted them and said, "Hey bums!" They all said said hey back to me, but Ross didn't even bother to look up at me.

I walked into the kitchen to get a drink. As I was pouring orange juice, Alex walked in.

He said, "The lads and I were wondering if you would like to play some MineCraft with us today. It wouldn't be recorded but just so you can get some practice considering you don't have a MineCraft account set up."

"Yeah, okay. Would you or any of the other two mind helping me set up an account?" I asked.

"Yeah, don't worry about it," he replied back and smiled.

I couldn't help but smile back and we had an awkward stare.

Chris then walked in and said, "Is this a bad time?" and nervously laughed.

"No! It's just... uh... never mind. Don't worry about it. Let's go," I said.

We arrived at YogTowers and Alex and I walked into my office. I put the two framed pictures I brought with me and placed them on my desk. I laughed once I looked at them again.

I set up an account with Alex and we settled on the username, GamerGirl. I decided to make my skin a German Shepherd, which is a breed of dog, because of my love of dogs in general. The name did pertain to me a lot considering I like video games.

I high-fived Alex, and I have to admit, it was a pretty good high-five.

He went back to the Hat Films office and I got a call from Ross on Skype.

I obviously accepted it and asked, "What first?" We then began playing the addicting game of MineCraft.

The game was pretty fun and we talked like it was a recording. We made a lot of dick and shit jokes which made me piss myself just listening to them.

The boys, mainly Chris, showed me how to craft some things and how to use the machinery, which still confused the fuck out of me. My noobness must have been extremely entertaining for the trio.

I decided to go to their office to talk to them considering it was bigger. I walked in and Ross said, "Hey, MineCraft noob."

I smirked and said, "Shut up, shit eater."

The boys laughed at the same time and Ross looked down.

"I think she did pretty good for never playing before," said Alex.

Chris then agreed with, "Yeah, me too, mate."

"Thank you. I appreciate you trying to sugar coat the fact that I suck ass at MineCraft. It really is flattering," I reply, smirking.

"We weren't sugar coating!" Alex said as he put his arm around my shoulders playfully. I have to say, I enjoyed him holding me. "We were being serious! Trott and I are being genuine, seriously." I looked up at him, still smirking.

Chris replied with, "It's true! You honestly did really good."

Ross said, "Yeah, Alexis. You did do great," as he smiled.

Alex let go of me, which slightly disappointed me but his smile was oh, so perfect.

Chris then said, "I sent you a surprise on your email, so go check that out," smirking.

I nervously looked at him and said, "Okaayyyy...".

I went back to my office and checked he email. The subject was "A Little Surprise". I excitedly opened the email only to find that Chris just sent me more videos to edit. I sighed and chuckled to myself thinking it a good prank.
