ON CHRISTMAS
"Maa hum log bahar chale, Christmas celebrate krne", Sana suggested chirply. Sidharth was present and he knew what needs to be done.
"Maa why don't we have a small house party with the closed, and I think that's the best way to celebrate the Christmas ", Sidarth interjected, sneering at the angry face of Sana.
Sana has been ignoring him, since the last enconunter and would talk only in indirect ways. Sidarth loved to irritate her whenever she does that, by just cutting her words every single time. If she say its morning he has to say its night, and what irked her more was Maa's silence. Maa would be a silent spectator to their banter and wait for the moment when Sana would just leave the place, because Sidharth never did that. Same happened in the Christmas discussion and they ended having a house party. Sidarth tried talking to her, many a times but either she would walk away, or would be surrounded by her friends and their gossips.

"Pata hai Sana, I swear he loves you like a mad man, matlab mujhe kabhi kabhi to Rahul par gussa bhi aata tha ki yeh kitna unromantic hai", Shreya rattled that how Sidharth would sometimes cry, missing her and he would smile with the slightest mention of her.
Sana went red knowing his little gestures. "Rehne de Shreya, main jabse aayi hun usne mujhse thik se baat bhi nahi ki bas mujhe pareshaan krta rehta hai"
"toh tune kya usese baat ki hai"
"Maine nahi karni, usne mujhe nahi bola, usne mujhko yeh nahi bataya ki woh us Sheena ka bas friend hai, usne mujhe roka bhi nahi, woh mujhe birthday par milne bhi nahi aaya, usne mujhe see off bhi nahi kiya, maine nahi jaana wahi aayega"
"Woh aaya tha Sana, har baar aya, tujhe birthday pe milne aaya tha jab tu so gyi thi" Sana had confusion written on her face "Maa ne batya", Shreya commented clearing her doubt and added further "tujhe see off karne bhi aaya tha, Rahul saw him"
"Phir bhi main chahti hun woh mujhe manaye main naraz hun" she puckered her lips.
"Kitni nautanki hai na tu"
31st December
Sana was dying to talk to him but since two days he was so busy that he didn't even visited Maa. She wanted him to shout out to the world, that he loves her like she does. She asked Maa many times that why was he not here to meet her.
"Maa Sidharth, nahi aya"
"Tujhe toh waise bhi ladna hi h usese",Maa mocked.
"Maa, ab mujhe sachi lagne laga hai ki aap usko jyda pyaar krte ho", she complained, not that it affects. her. She was happiest person to know that her mother loves him so much. She would not have asked for anything better than this.
"Woh toh hai....waise aaj usko bahut kaam hai toh usne mujhe bola ki woh late ho jaaega"
"okay"
Sidharth was at home at 11:30. Sana was going to bed, and her ear plugs were plugged in with loud peppy music. Nothing outside it was audible to her.
"Maa I am sorry for being late but main bahut busy tha", he reasoned and Maa just nodded smiling knowing he was caught up.
"Koi na, khaana kha le", she got his plate and he was quick at goblling the world most delicious food.
"Maa..main aaj apki beti ko kidnap kar raha hun", he smiled sheepishly as he spoke.
"Main sone jaa rhi hun",and Sidharth was smart enough to read between the lines and he kissed her cheeks making her hit him playfully.
Sidharth was ready. He wanted to let her know, what he has in him for her. He wants to tell her, that how much he loved her angry face, how peaceful are her giggles to his ears, how her small arms when wrapped around him make him feel protected and safe, how her words make him feel special and wanted, how her mere presence makes his heart beat wildly, how her eyes are the most beautiful and deep he has ever seen, how her button nose is his favourite especially when it is crinkled in anger, how he hates every moment when she cries and how her existence is the reason of his.
