"Hey buddy kya kiya yeh tune apne aap ko han, waise bhi teri shakal kharab hai or ab to or bhi bekar lag rahi hai, par kya karun main to dost hun tera toh jhel lunga" his statement made Sana and her mother laugh while Sidharth was throwing daggers at him with his eyes.
Rahul reached the place a while back and Sidharth was back to conscious. He was dazed and confused as he failed to realize what place he was in untill Sana walked in with Rahul and her mom.
"Rahul, will you please shut up. Instead of asking my well being you are being a mean man" Sidharth was being the grumpy kid as they mocked him.
"Relax kar pata hai mujhe tu ekdum mast hai, tu hero or tujhe kuch nahi hoga smajha"
"chal chal...........acha waise mujhe ghar jana hai maa toh hai nahi main tere saath chalta hun uncle aunty se bhi mil lunga" Sidharth spoke making Rahul think and Sana sad. Shweta ji sensed the sadness and she was now sure that he was the one her daughter has given her soul and heart too.
"are kyun, beta....yahan kyun nahi reh sakte aap, yeh bhi toh aapki dost hai" her mother quips in between, pointing towards Sana, while Sana had her gaze fixed on him. Sidharth was hesitant at her offer and didn't know how to deny that.
"Aunty...but main.."
"Aunty?" Shweta ji looked for a third person other than them in the room making them more confused as they did not understand her gesture.
"Maa like being called Maa by everyone", Sana cleared the air for the boys.
"Sidharth.. main chahta hun ki tum yahi rahi jab tak aapki mother wapas nahi aa jati hai, because I want to make sure that you are perfectly fine before you go back to your home", her love and care made him emotional. He felt the motherly love, which he lacked as her mother was always engrossed in her work and he seemed to be non existent for her. This love felt so fresh that made him tear up but he didn't let it break the boundary and stay in.
"but...."
"No but, no if....you are going to stay here and that's final", Shweta ji gave the final verdict making everyone shut. She came to him and softly caressing his face spoke " main bhi maa hun na, toh phir ansun kyun" and kissed his forehead wiping of the unshed tear which she didn't fail to notice at the mention of his mother. She somehow got the hint of the back story behind those tears but stopped herself to ask anything about it. Sana was delighted with her mother pronouncement. She looked at Sidharth and smiled at the thought of keeping him close and giving him all the love she had, not that it was a limited stock but that was what it was. The love was incalculable and she wanted to engulf him in her love for a forever.
After a long chit chat Rahul left wishing for his speedy recovery and promising him to keep meeting him.
"Beta main kuch khaane ko bhijwati hun.Sana tu beth yahan or dhyaan rakh", her mother also left giving them the alone time which was much needed.
"I need rest",Sidharth laid before letting her speak anything because he was in no mood to talk to her. He was upset at her and it was justified, what was his mistake if he said that they are friends because that is what they are, he thought to himself.
Sana was clearly not happy at his indifference but she knew that this was what her words did. Words had the capability to break you or to mend you, it's you who have to choose what you want for the other person and choose your words accordingly. And she did the contrary of what she want, why....because may be she was being a fool or may be she was not knowing what true love actually is until the moment she saw him on the road.
"okay" she got up from the bed and sat on the couch with a book dissembling to be absorbed in it when her every cell was racing towards him, to be close to him, to hold him and to love him.
"Sana", her mother's voice broke her immersion in him, while he laid with his eyes closed. She followed the voice to the kitchen and was handed with tray of two plates one for him and one for her. "Jaa use khila de", she turned to her room, but stopped at her mother's word "Let you heart breath, he is fine now." She stood there dumbstruck. How the hell mother know everything about you, said....unsaid, HOW.
"Maa"
"Han bacha.. I know"
"How"
"Itni si thi tu tab se janti hun and you eyes are way too talkative, I know he is very special but lagta usko nahi pata abhi tak"
"I love you Maa"
"I love him more", she teased Sana and Sana whined "Maa... you are only my maa"
"I am your maa...but he is my son too...ab ja mera bacha bhuka hoga"
Sana enetered the room and cleared her throat to gain his attention in which she was successful.
"khana"
"hmm"
"main khila dun"
"I can eat Sana"
"Please"
He didn't say anything further because he knew at this point its no use to say or do anything when he himself was not well. She fed him the soup and trying to make him look at her once but he didn't.
Sighing she fed him, wiped his face gave him water and left the room to curtail her tears.Love can't be forced. It comes from heaven unasked and unsought.
