"What happened to him, Justin?" She asks her voice trembling. "You should've been here to asks that question five hours ago," Mike growls angrily from behind her. "I would've been here if I knew he was hurt." She sobs. "Back off Mike, I'll handle this," Justin said pulling her protectively towards him.

"You want to know why she didn't know that her husband was in this hospital fighting for his life? Because after humiliating him in front of dozens of people she then conveniently turned off her phone, that's why. Her sisters had to go over her house to get her and now she's here acting all concerned, please." Mike snorts

"The only way to handle this is to make damn sure that she can't get within twenty feet of Prince, ever again!" Mike says in a harsh cold tone. "That isn't the solution and this isn't the time, so please just stop," Justin says tiredly.

"Stop? My friend, I'm just getting started. She has been a danger to Prince for months now and as soon as Prince's attorney gets here he'll be issuing a restraining order against her." Mike sneers coldly. "And again, I'm warning you, back the hell off." Justin snaps, he then leads Diane further down the passage, stops and turns her towards him.

"I'm not going to sugar coat this Diane because base on what the doctors told us, it would be an absolute miracle if Prince makes it through the next few hours." He said softly as her hands flew to her mouth. "How.....where...?" She stuttered. "While on his way to the airport a container truck slammed into his car. The driver was drunk and ran a red light, it took firefighters over an hour to cut him out of it."

Diane's knees buckles but Justin catches her and helps her to a chair. "He has multiple broken bones, severe internal injuries, and excessive brain damage. They did an emergency brain surgery on him when he got here to stop the bleeding and they're now still working on his broken bones." He stops and took a deep shuddering breath.

"He has already suffered two cardiac arrests since arriving here, Diane." He said running his fingers through his hair. "What...have...I....done?" She asks in dismay. "What have you done indeed? I mean, what you did at that church this morning was way extreme even for you and even though you didn't directly cause the accident you did play a part in it because if you hadn't done what you did, he never would've left his house tonight. That is something you'll have to own up to and deal with in your own way." Justin said with a heavy sigh.

"Here comes the doctor." He said standing up. "Now listen to me, I know you don't like this man because of his religion but you need to put that aside right now and show him the respect he deserves because he and his team have been working their asses off trying to keep Prince alive." He states as Tyler stops in front of them.

Tyler nods to Diane before turning to Justin. "Where are the others?" he asks. "They're still in the waiting room." "I'll update everyone at the same time." He said indicating to them to follow him. As soon as Tyler enters the room everyone stands with anxious looks on their faces.

"Ho...how is he?" Mike asks nervously. "He's stable, for now, we had to put him in an induced coma to relieve the swelling in his brain. The next few hours are critical so he'll be monitored constantly." Tyler explains. That was the last thing Diane heard before everything went black.

Diane opens her eyes and sighs in relief. "Oh thank god, it was just a dream, just a horrible dream." She whispers sitting up. "I wish I could say that it was but your husband was in a horrible accident and he is in a coma," Jessica said from beside her. "Oh god, this's all my fault. What have I done." She cried.

"Please, please tell me he's not going to die, please." "Well medically I can't do that but if I know your husband as well as I think I do, he won't give up without a fight." "And just how well do you know my husband?" Diane asks in a suspicious tone. "Not intimately, if that's what you are thinking but socially I do know him pretty well and he's a force to be reckoned with." Jessica laughs.

"But you on the other hand isn't going to be of any use to anyone if you don't calm down and get your blood pressure back to normal because right now it's through the roof," Jessica adds. "Can I see him?" Diane asks tears running down her face. "Not yet, but we'll let you know as soon as you can, in the meantime, stay here and try to relax......"

"Relax? My husband is fighting for his life and you want me to relax?" Diane snaps angrily. "Point is, you have a lot of people depending on you now, so you need to Take care of yourself," Jessica says before leaving the room.

No sooner had he left when Karen storm into the room. "That's what you're hoping for, isn't it? That he'll die so you can get your greedy paws on everything he owns." She says in a hostile tone. "Don't you have a son to go home to?" Diane asks in a tired tone.

"Don't worry about my son bitch, your oldest daughter can't even stand the sight of you right now." She sneers. "He told you he was leaving you, didn't he? That's why you did this? You knew that if he walked away from you he would change his will and you would get nothing but if he was dead then you would get everything, you conniving little bitch." She seethes with fury.

"Say whatever you want but I love my husband," Diane said tears running down her face. "Please, don't make me laugh, You've been treating him like garbage for god knows how long. Trying to control him and he was tired of it and was planning to leave you, after months of wearing him down, he had finally decided to leave you and be with me, we were going to be a family and you took him away from me! You hateful bitch!" She screams. "I hate you, and one way or another you're going to pay for what you did to the man I love."

"Oh for crying out loud, put a sock in it Karen, and go home," Justin said entering the room. "How can you defend her after what she did!" Karen screams. "First of all, you're in a hospital so keep your damn voice down and secondly, I defend her because I'm her friend and true friends don't turn on each other when things get bad but you wouldn't know anything about that, would you Karen?" Justin asks coldly.

"Was he really going to leave me for her?" Diane asks tears still running down her face. "Ugh, Diane, you're my friend and a woman so please, do not let me have to slap you silly," Justin said narrowing his eyes at her.

Jared opened his door and was about to step through it when he saw Christian walking towards him. "Chris? What?" "Hi handsome, what's up with the suitcase? Going somewhere?" Chris asks stopping before him. "I was on my way to you actually." "Miss me that bad huh?" Chris asks letting go of his suitcase and wrapping his arms around Jared's waist. "Where are the twins?" Chris whispers against his chest.

"They're at aunt Melissa's house, I can't believe you're actually here," Jared whispers hugging Chris tighter. "Well it's been three weeks since I last saw you and I figure you might be going out of your mind with sexual frustration by now so I took a few days off to satisfy that overbearing sexual urge of yours." Chris chuckles.

Jared's body shudders and Chris pulls away from him, his eyes traveling to Jared's face. "Something is not right here, you're not yourself, what's going on baby?" Chris asks in concern. "It's Samson....." "Oh yeah, he called me earlier and told me what his wife did," Chris said dragging his suitcase into the house as Jared close the door.

"Chris, Samson was in a horrible car accident a few hours ago, he's in the hospital and they don't know if he will make it." Jared sobs then cover his mouth with his hand. "What? How? You know what never mind tell me on the way." Chris flings the door open and runs towards his car.
