The ringing of the phone jolts Diane from her sleep, sitting up she fumbles on the bedside table for it. "Hello," She says sleepily. "Prince has taken a turn for the worst, get dressed, I'm on my way for you," Justin says before hanging up. Throwing the covers aside, Diane rushed from the bed, stripped off her clothes, and got in the shower. She was dragging on her shoes when she heard the doorbell, grabbing her phone and bag she ran down the stairs and out the front door.

On arriving at the hospital Diane saw multiple doctors rushing in and out of Gabriel's room. She rushes towards the door but one of the doctors holds her back. "Let me in, I need to see my husband!" She shouts in panic. "Your husband has developed an infection which caused a Cardiac arrest, they are working to stabilize him, I'm sorry but you can't enter the room right now." He explains.

"No, no, no, this can't be happening, please God don't take him from me, please I will do anything, just don't let him die." She cries. Justin rushes over to her as she cries uncontrollably. "It's a little too late for you to be acting like the devoted wife bitch, this is all your fault, you caused this. He's in this situation because of you!" Karen shouts storming towards Diane but Caleb blocks her before she can get close. "What are you doing? Don't tell me you're also defending this bitch?" She sneers.

"You need to leave, this isn't the time or place for your tantrums," Caleb says pushing her further away from Diane. "What is wrong with you people? This is her fault, why are you all defending her? Gabriel is in that room fighting for his life because of her, let me go so I can beat the shit out of her!" Karen keeps shouting. "That's not going to happen. Hey Sian, I know you like this wild cat, can you take her outside so she can cool off?" Caleb asks pushing Karen towards the man. "Get your hands off me!" She screams pulling away from him. "Woman, unless you want me to throw you over my shoulder, I suggest you start walking," Sian says dragging her towards the exit.

"Get your hands off me, who the hell do you think you are dragging me out of there like that?" She shouts pushing against his chest. "Hey, you're at a hospital so lower your voice, and as for who I am, I'm a man who up until three months ago has only ever loved one woman, a woman I marry and planned on spending the rest of my life with, until I lost her to Cancer three years ago. I spent the last three years swearing on every star in the sky that I would never love another woman until I find myself feeling for you.

Three months ago was when I first realized that I had feelings for you and I have confessed those feelings to you on more than one occasion but you have chosen to ignore them and why? Because you're so fixated on that married man lying in there, to the point that you're now willing to attack his wife, even if you think that he will wake up and choose you over her, this is no way to act in public, get a hold of yourself, control your emotions and wait for him to wake up, then he can choose who he wishes to be with." Sian says stepping away from her.

"And as I have told you many times, I can't return your feelings because I'm in love with Gabriel, now you seem like a nice guy, so go seek a nice lady to be with but it cannot be me because I'm the one Gabriel will choose when he wakes up, I'm carrying his child and we will be a family, his relationship with that bitch will end as soon as he is awake." "You're pregnant?" "Yes, I am, for the love of my life, so snap out of this delusion that you're in." She says pushing him away and walking away from him.

Caleb was walking back towards his family in the waiting room when Diane ran to him grabbing onto his hand. "I'm sorry for everything, please forgive me, I was wrong, please help me, I can't lose him, I can't." She sobs. "Hey, calm down, your pressure is high enough already. As much as you would like me to help you, I can't, it's up to the doctors and God, but what you can do right now is join my family and I in prayers because at the end of the day, only God can save your husband, so come with me." He says leading her towards the waiting room.
