Chapter 8

Chapter 8

"Tomorrow night would be great" he said. "Okay, I will have to ask my mom but, I'm pretty sure that it will be okay" I said, pushing my hair behind my ear. "Well umm, bye" I said in a rush and walked into my door. So great, now if this relationship doesn't work I'll have to find someone else to hang out with. I walked up to my Mom's room and knocked. "Yes, you can come in" she yelled through the door. I opened the door and sat down on her bed. "Luke asked me to go on a date with him tomorrow night" I said. "O that will be fun, he seemed nice" she said. My mom is the only mom I know that would be happy for her daughter to go on a date with a boy she just met. "Okay I was just asking to make sure it is okay" I said as I walked out the room and towards mine.

I sat down and flipped my computer up and went to my e-mails. I sent an e-mail to Chloe that reads:

Dear Chloe,

         You were right, today Luke asked me out on a date. I don't know where are going or what we are doing. I really was hoping that we would be just friends. But I guess that is out of the picture. Maybe being a couple will be good for me I don't know. I just hope that it will work out. How and Karley and Garret doing? I kinda hope that they are over but, with my luck probably not. Has Kiley or you gone out on any dates since I was gone? Anyway I guess I will talk to you later.

I went on to Facebook and looked at my profile, it didn't have much. So I went to my Farmville. All my plants are dead and all my my animals need harvested. I finished all of that and planted potatoes. I bought a dog because they are so cute. I clicked out of that and shut down my computer. I'm so board.

I decided to go down to the lobby. I plopped down on one of the couches. I picked up this months issue of Seventeen magazine. I flipped through it and found a article about embarrassing moments. There is this one story of a girl that was cleaning there pool. When she was finished she texted her crush: Yay! My pool isn't green anymore! and then he responded: Ok............? She was confused at his response so she looked back at her message history and saw that she actually texted: Yay! My poop isn't green anymore! I laughed at that and it earned me some strange looks.

This girl with mid-lengh, strait brown hair and blue eyes came and sit next to me. "Just out of curiosity what was so funny?" she asked me. I pointed to the story I was looking at and she busted up laughing. "Know I understand" she said still laughing. "I'm Amy buy the way" she said. "Zoey, nice to meet you Amy. Are you staying here?" I asked. " No my Aunt and Uncle are, I live about ten minutes away from here" she said. " O I see, yeah I'm staying in room 405, you want to come up there with me?" I asked her. "Yeah sure I just need to text my mom and tell her" she said.

We went to the elevator and I pressed the number 5 button. "So how long are you staying here?" she asked me. "All summer, it's horable I know" I said sighing. "Well maybe you could come and hang out with me some time, all my friends are on vacation so, I have no one to hang out with" she said. "That would be awesome because, the guy next door to use just asked me out. I thought we were going to be friends but, that's not going to happen" I said. We walked out of the elevator and towards our room. "That's too bad" she said.

I slide the key in the slot and the door opened up. "Well here it is. That is my parents room" I gestured toward there room. "My sisters room and my room" I said walking toward my room. i opened the door and Amy drew a sharp intake of breath,"Wow, your room is amazing!" "Thanks I did it my self" I said. And sat down on the side of the bed and so did she, we started talking about random things and bye the end of the day we had learned a lot about  each other. She helped me pick out an outfit for my date. I found out she is one year younger than me and  has two older brothers. She said that I was lucky but, i was thinking the opposite. All in all we had a lot of fun.

That night for dinner we had these fried chicken wings and they were pretty good. I stuffed myself. I went and took a shower and got ready for bed. I layed down on bed and watched the new episod eof Project Runway, it is my favorite show. But I dont think there will be anyone as feirce as Christian from season four. After the show I soon fell asleep.

I woke up to Ana crying. I walked into the living room and Ana was sitting on the ground bawling. "What did you do Nat?" I looked at her. "Nothing" she said in her most inasent voice. "Then why do you have her doll in your hand?" I asked. I walked up to her and go the doll from her hand and gave it to Ana. "Thank you sissy" Ana said in her cute baby voice, even though I know she can talk like a big girl. She just likes the attention.

The rest of the day went buy like normal and before I knew it, it was time to get ready for the date. I went ahead and got dressed and did my make-up. I have on a purple tank top and black skinneys. I put on some really cute earings and I was ready to go.

Write on time he picked me up. We went to a pizza place and we had a lot of fun. We laughed and talked like old friends. "So do you want to go to a movie?" he asked me. "Sure that would be fun" I said. This made him smile. His mom took use to the movies. We watched the Little Fockers and it was hilarious. At the end of the movie we got back in the car.

When we got back to the hotel his mom hurried into the room to leave us alone. "Well I had alot of fun thank you for taking me" I said. "I had alot of fun too" he said taking a step towards me. He leaned in to kiss me but, I hugged him. It was really occward. I pulled away and waved at him. I stepped into the room and closed the door.

That was fun, the hug was kinda occward but it was still fun. I went and took a shower and got on my comfy pajamas. I looked at my e-mails and Chloe had replied:

I know I was right. I hope you have fun. Karley and Garret are still going out and Kiley is now dating Jake. I'm still a loner. Tell me how your date went!  Love, Chloe<3

I replied:   The date went good but at the end he tyred to kiss me but instead I hugged him it was embarrassing. But anyway it was still fun. Its good to be single in my opinion. But tell Kiley congratulations. Love, Zoey

I sent it and then closed my computer. I climbed into bed and soon fell asleep.
