Chapter 17

Chapter 17

(...) So I made it to my room and was greeted with my wonderful bed. I 

don't care if it wasn't late I was still tired. I crashed in bed and 

took a three hour nap.

After my amazing nap, it was actualy time to go to bed. Well now I'm 

wide awake! I got out my lap top and checked my Facebook, of course 

there is no one on because of the time change. I went on YouTube and 

looked up Fred videos. They are always funny.

At about midnight I heard Ana start to cry. I went in the girls room 

to check on her. Natalie was sound asleep. Ana was curled up on her 

side of the bed with her stuffed bunny Penie under her casted arm. 

When she fell off the slide she had broken it.

"Ana, what's wrong?" I asked her.

"Go away Zo! I want Daddy!" she yells at me.

"Well, Daddys not coming back. He went away" I said rubbing her back 

to try and calm her down.

She continued to cry but it was getting softer and softer. I sang Rock 

a' By Baby to her and soon she was asleep again. You would think that 

she would be too old for lulabys but she still loves them. I smiled 

and droped my hand from her back. I softley closed the door and went 

back to my room.

I still wasn't tired. I disided to give an update to Kiley and Chloe. 

I opened up Yahoo and started to explain all of the drama going on in 

my life. After I was finished with that I snuck into the kitchen and 

got some strawberrys out of the fridge. I also got some sour straws 

and a can of pop. I got Dear John off of my shelf and put it in my 

laptop. I fast forward threw all of the comercials to get to the start 

of the movie. The lead character is so hot, it's so sad how he's 

dumped for a old guy.

Of course I cried, but I was expecting it this time, so it wasn't as 

bad. It was about three o'clock in the morning so I put away my laptop 

and snuggled in under the covers.

I streched my arms out and yauned. It was almost 11:00, I had 

overslept slitley. I went into the bathroom and splashed water on my 

face to wake myself up. It was harder than it sounds. I walked into 

the living room and found a note on the coffee table.

'Zoey, we are at the store, we will be back after lunch. Don't get too 

crazy while I'm gone;)'

I laughed and threw the note away. I went into the kitchen and grabbed 

some sandwich meat and cheese. I put together a sandwich and got 

myself some chips. I dug in and ate every crumb.
