Chapter 3

Reginas POV

I went to the library to get a book from belle till I saw a very ill looking blond I was shocked so I asked her to come with me and she followed she sat on the couch when we got to my office she was definitely hung over but she must've had a hell of a lot to be this hung over "care to explain miss Swan" she was ashamed "no not really" I sat down she look up at me and I stared in her eyes and they were full of pain and misery she's not the type to be an alcoholic "Emma how much did you have" she sighed "I was with the wrong crowd and I had a lot" I was trying to read her and figure out what was going through her head right now "how much is a lot" she looked at the ground in shame I put my hand on her arm and she jumped and winced in pain a little "I'm sorry Emma I didn't mean to are you ok" she looked up at me in panic "yes I'm fine it's just a bruise from the guys yesterday" I wanted to kill them for hurting such a sweet girl "so Emma how much was a lot I'm not gonna let it go till you tell me" she looked up at me "what I say in this room says here ok?" I nodded so that she would keep going "there was a game and I decided to play but I got into it and chugged 4 beers 2 bottles of vodka and some sour puss and a lot of shooters possibly rum I think" she looked down ashamed and there was a tear rolling down her check I was beyond shocked that's way to much alcohol for someone her age she looked up and me with more tears I wiped them off and hugged her "oh Emma it's gonna be ok" she cried a little more "I didn't mean to have that much I just I" she stopped "I'm just stupid" seeing her like this broke my heart "no dear your not stupid trust me people make mistakes it's ok" she stopped crying and tried to stand back up but she must have gotten dizzy and started stumbling a lot she took a step and fell but I caught her before she hit the ground "but that is a lot of alcohol for someone your age someone of any age actually I want you to stay in my office for the day and get some sleep and get better I don't see you making it to class" I set her back on the couch "but my other class this Is my mistake I have to deal with the consequences" I had to go soon this had to be quick "Emma it happens take the day stay in here sleep take care of yourself and don't do it again" she nodded I was about to leave when I saw a cut on the back of her neck I ran back in "Emma what happened" she was confused "your neck there a giant cut" she had the panic in her eyes again then disappointment "it probably happened last night I can't remember much" she sighed "I'll be back at lunch to check in on you" she nodded and went to sleep I locked the door I know I shouldn't have students in my office let alone let them have the day off and stay in there I went through the day not really focused I was gonna get Emma something for lunch.

Emma's POV I was in and out of sleep threw up once or Twice but I drank some water and sobered up and miss Mills came in "hi dear how are you feeling" I laughed a little batter thank you are you a mother?" I know I probably crossed the line a little but she knew quite a bit on me she was shocked "yes I am how did you know" I looked at her "for one your very kind plus there's a picture of you and a little boy he's cute" I was expecting to die for getting in her private life but she smiled and sat down with me " thanks his names Henry I got you a sandwich" I was so happy to get food but I knew I would get in trouble "thanks I really appreciate it I'll eat it in a bit" we talked about her day and laughed you know she's a really kind person for an evil queen "thank you so much miss Mills you definitely didn't have to do any of this" she smiled "well you didn't look so great this morning so I thought I would probably get better work out of you when you weren't hung over" I rolled my eyes "aw you care about me" her eyes shot up "what no I'm just a nice teacher" I laughed "yeah that's not what I've heard but your the nicest person I've ever met well one of them anyway can't give you to much credit" we laughed for a while till lunch ended I went back to sleep and did some work at the end of the day miss Mills came back and we talked as we left the building I spotted the car and immediately tensed up I think miss Mills notice "are you alright dear" I nodded and smiled but I was really fake as much as I tried it just couldn't be real not with him around " yes I am just got the shivers" we said goodbye and I got in the car "who was your friend" I just took a breath "she's not my friend she's a teacher I needed to ask her about the work" she laughed "yeah right you'll regret lying to me I was thinking what about we play the first game you ever played the first game you failed" he smirked and my heart sank this was gonna be worse then last night
