I don't really know who you are, but you seem to know who I am. Have we met before? I'm not quite sure how I should respond back. I'm not sure if this is some type of prank or whatever but I am curious on who you could possibly be.

I promised my friends that I wouldn't randomly start emailing you back because I really don't think I know you. I hope you understand! I'd love to talk to you more actually but it's just really weird to since I don't really know who you are.

Do you mind showing me a pic of yourself or something? Maybe that'll help ring in some of my old memories. If not, then that's okay... You'll just remain a total mystery to me as you are right now. 

However, I am quite curious. Maybe I should be the one sending a pic first? I don't really know what to do in situations like these.
