"I am. She is stalking Orson and Judith ever since she found out they were dating. It was an easy night." He shrugged. "Let's go back and we will meet at my house tomorrow."
"Sounds like a plan." Ayden nodded. This is going to be a long day.

We all went to Jackson and Drew's house the next evening. Drew opened the door and Jackson handed us drinks.
"That's what I need!" I cheered before sitting next to Lilith and Ileyna.
"How's life?" Lilith asked.
"Could be better, but not complaining." I replied truthfully. "You guys?"
"Good! Not a lot of trouble the last couple of days." Lilith sat back.
"Horrible." Ileyna stated fast. Lilith and I both looked at her. "Orson and Judith visited me shortly after you guys. They threatened me so I would tell them everything. I didn't say a word, I promise!"
"Are you okay?" Lilith and I both asked at the same time.
"What did they do? Did they hurt you? If they did, I will do more than just smack that stupid grin of Judith her face." I continued.
"What is it with you and fighting?" Vaughn asked all of a sudden.
"I'll be joining her." Lilith helped me out. "Orson and Judith threatened Ileyna."
"Seriously?" Vaughn seemed shocked.
"Yes, but it's not that big of a deal. I had some fake info laying around so I handed it to them. Hopefully, it keeps them out of our way."
"Ileyna, you're actually really good at this." I said surprised.
"What can I say? I try to remain modest and humble about it." Ileyna replied jokingly.

"So, we have some things to figure out." Vaughn started off.
"I guess we do." I sighed.
"Can I start it?" Ileyna raised her hand.
"Boo, you don't have to raise your hand. Just talk." TJ chuckled.
"Oh okay." Ileyna blushed. "Orson is an annoying piece of something, we have to take action right now or I'll send Silvan after him!"
"Wow, take it, easy warrior." Jackson laughed.
"I agree with some sorts with you." I nodded, everyone looked at me weird. "I wouldn't send Silvan after him, I want to finish the job myself."
"Since when did you get so dark?" Sam wondered.
"Since some kind of moron started to threaten my friends. It's fine if you come after me but leave my friends alone. He thinks he's some kind of fabulous dictator while he's nothing more than a pathetic whiner with no backbone."
"You know this is our brother you're talking about?" Vaughn pointed at Lilith and himself.
"Then you do know that she's right." Lilith simply answered.
"Lil." Vaughn sighed.
"Don't you dare tell me there is still some sort of humanity in him. Ever since Orson lost control to the fog, he hasn't been the same."
"Does this mean the same could happen to her?" Drew asked.
"Very unlikely. The change in Orson was visible pretty fast. She seems normal." Vaughn replied.
"You don't know her as I do." TJ muttered under his breath. He didn't see the pillow coming which I flung to his head.
"Oops." I said in the most angelic tone I could muster.
"Sue me." TJ laughed.

We spent a solid hour talking about the changes in Orson. From a sweet brother who cared much about his siblings to a ruthless person who was set to destroy everything. Both Vaughn and Lilith didn't recognize the brother they had before it happened. They had been searching for similar cases or at least documentation of what happened. Nothing turned up, not since it happened to me.
"So, we don't know if I will go insane as well." I summarized.
"Yea, basically." Vaughn replied. "Maybe something turned up from your friends."
"Can I ask something random about the fog?" TJ suddenly asked. He looked at me and I instantly knew what he was talking about.
"I never asked." I whispered.
"You can ask anything, that's why Lilith and I are here." Vaughn replied.
"That's why you're here." Lilith pointed out. "I'm here for fun and for the drinks."
"Fine, you can ask ME anything." Vaughn rolled his eyes.
"Why can't anyone leave the town?" TJ asked. "People can enter but rarely someone leaves. We all know we shouldn't but no one ever told us why."
"Because it's kept a secret." Lilith whispered.
"It mostly is, yes." Vaughn semi-agreed with his sister. Lilith looked at her brother confused. "Orson knows why, since he's more in charge of taking people."
"He would never tell us." Lilith replied.
"He told me, when he was still normal."
"As if he knew what was happening to him and wanted to warn you in advance." I thought aloud.
"My thoughts exactly. That's why I still have hope, I'm hoping that that part of Orson is still here." Vaughn explained.
"I'm really afraid to find out." Lilith whispered sadly.
"Can you tell us what you know?" TJ carefully asked.
"Of course." Vaughn took a breath before starting the story.
