"mommy i got an A on my test " Noah screamed as soon as he saw me enter the house , i walked into the living room and in a second i was tackled by two small hands , i looked down and saw a smiling Noah looking at me with the biggest smile ever

"oh my, our Noah is so smart " i kneeled down and kissed him on both cheeks

"yes Noah is smart just like daddy " Noah said with a cute smirk as he pulled back and ran towards the table where he was sitting before as he solved some puzzles with a lot of snacks beside him , i laughed at his cheeky answer and asked him where kristian was , after talking a bit more with him i left him playing with his puzzles and went to Kristian's office , i found him staring at his laptop with a frown as he talked at the phone in French , i walked in with him even noticing and walked behind him , i lifted my hands and gently massaged hi shoulder , he tensed up as he turned around and gave me a tired smile , i smiled back at him and continued to massage his tense shoulders , i felt him relax a bit and in a couple of minutes he said goodbye at the phone and throwed it at the table , his hand that was holding his phone felt warm above my cold hand

"you're hands are cold again ! you need to wear more clothes when you leave the house love " kristian said as he pulled me to sit on his lap , i wrapped my hands around his neck and kissed his frowning eyes gently

"i have lost so much scarlet , i just can't lose anyone else , just the thought of you being hurt makes me feel like dying , so please . . . just. . ." his last words turned into whispers as he tried to hug me even closer , i hugged him back feeling the guilt build in me , i wished i can change a lot of things , but i can't .
