"What is wrong with seeing you as a girl? I do," The corners of Y/n's lips curled down into a frown.
"I can't believe I am telling Kusuo Saiki this," Y/n mumbled under her breath, though not making an effort to hide her words. Saiki wondered what about him made it to where she could not believe she was going to tell him whatever she was going to say. He also was quite surprised she remembered his first name. "I said how I was forgettable before. Well, I am forgettable to the girls I have been friends with. However, I am far too memorable to the guys I used to be friends with," This somehow intrigued the other teen, as he sat more up in his seat. "A majority of the guys I have been friends with have ended up liking me more than intended. I try to avoid my femininity now, to prevent it,"
Saiki did not think that having friends could be so frustrating for someone, but there Y/n was, worrying about being too girly, and her male friends ending up liking her. Actually, he would have found it self centered, to assume that every male she became friends with would like her. However, she seemed more sincere than that, so he asked her about it.
"How many guys?" Her head piped up, looking the boy in the face as she thought about his question. He saw sorrow wash over her face.
"Ten,"
Huh. That did sound troublesome. Thinking about it, he assumed it was similar to Teruhashi. Multiplied by ten. Ouch. He felt slightly guilty for thinking she was self centered.
"Well, Kaido and Teritsuka will think you like them. Nendou might, though he might get the gist. Haido will assume every chocolate he gets is a gratitude chocolate, so no worries there. I assume you know that you don't have to worry about me," Y/n nodded, a determined look coming over her features. It interested Saiki how she went from glum to seemingly fine within a moment.
"Got it! I'll explain to Kaido, Teritsuka, and Nendou, then!" Y/n shot up from her seat, smiling back at Saiki. "I have to get ingredients now. Thank you for the help, Saiki. I'll make sure to make you extra!" Something fought inside the psychics head for a moment, before he stood as well, walking the girl to the door.
"I'll help you make them if I can get even more extra," He came up with a quick excuse to come along, and the girl smiled.
"Sure! Thanks Saiki!"

So there Saiki was an hour later, in the red haired girls house, her pink eyes scanning over each and every ingredient as she pondered on what type of chocolate she should make first.
Finally, she settled on simple mint wafer chocolates, and hoped that her mothers knowledge of sweets from her previous work at a local cafe would do the job.
Working from memory, Y/n chopped some chocolate bars, dumping them in the pot on the stove along with mint extract and some shortening to make sure the chocolate would not burn, and would stay smooth.
Saiki watched her work, as she seemed entirely focused on what she was doing, but her mind said otherwise. It was still soaring with thought after thought, he couldn't grab onto one, so he gave up. He was starting to think that ever reading a single thought of hers was a losing battle.
"Saiki, mind cutting the wafers to fit that mold there?" Y/n nodded her head towards the knock-off Kit-Kat mold that laid on the counter. Without a verbal response, Saiki got to work, carefully handling a large knife that was laying near by. The two began their seemingly endless night of mindless work, and though Saiki half expected to regret offering to help by the end of the night, he was quite enjoying himself, and learning something along the way.
Through the night, the pinkette watched the girl prepare each sweet, and how she seemed to know exactly what she was doing. It was a bit surprising to see her work with no recipe for any of the sweets they prepared, and how she used no measurements. He wondered how the chocolates would taste, and maybe she looked so professional because she was really bullshitting the whole way through.
His eyes widened as he felt something bump his lips, and his eyes crossed to look at what was there, pausing the demolding he was doing at that moment. It was one of the mocha chocolates they had made, a small hand holding it up to his lips. His eyes traveled to the red haired girl, whos pink eyes were not visible through her closed eyelids, smiling up at him.
"I tried one, they turned out good! Go on, try it!" She encouraged, her smile growing wider as he saw the confusion wash away from the psychics face. He opened his mouth, letting the sweet drop onto his tongue, the girls hand retreating to herself. A blissful look made its way on Saiki's face, making Y/n feel giddy that they did a good job. She only hoped that the rest of the sweets they made that night also turned out just as good.
Y/n laughed lightly at the happy look on Saiki's face, the expression quickly turning into a glare, which only made her laugh harder.
"Sorry, Saiki, that look was just cute," She smiled, turning to start cleaning the mess they had created within the past couple hours.
The boy paused, looking at the girls back.
"Cute?"
