Beginning theme

Waking up to an alarm clock, I quickly got up.

The clock registered me getting up and automatically stopped the alarm.

Having a smart clock is convenient.

Getting up and just as I was walking out the bedroom door, I see Kaede leaning on the table with her arms crossed and a frightening smirk on her face

My first thoughts were whether or not we should add windmills to harvest the extremely fast Antarctican wind and can we use Hard Magic to achieve FTL communication since using Quantum Entanglement was proven to be a failure.

My next thought was:

Has she always been this scary?

Kaede: "now's time for your punishment!"

The lecturer zoned on whereas a petite brown haired girl's head smashed onto the table from sheer boredom.

I already knew this! Even if I'm a second-generation esper, a freaking Level 5 at that, I should be solving quantum equations and trying to achieve True Esper status! Why is the Director forcing all second-gen to learn such basic material?

Telekinetic: who's ability involves the manipulation of physical objects or the laws of physics themselves. This is typically the most common class.

Telepathic: who's ability involves the mind, things like mind reading or clairvoyance falls into this class.

Teleportation: the rarest of the usual categories. This type of espers specializes in instantaneous movement across space or, in extremely rare cases, even time."

The lecturer's eyes narrow on the girl whose head was on the table, seemly wanting to be anywhere but here

Lecturer: "Miss Misaka Mikoto, can you please tell me what the extra class and special categories are?"

Raising her head tiredly, like how a man would do if they haven't slept in days, Mikoto answered

Mikoto: "the extra class: Gemstone. It classifieds any naturally borne espers that aren't created through artificial means. The chance of this happening has been estimated by Tree Diagram to be 1 in 2.8 Billion. Even so, there has been one recorded case of a confirmed Gemstone."

She took a sip of water before continuing.

Mikoto: "There are 2 special categories, However, there is currently no surviving records of any espers achieving these classes."
