Amid a room filled with computer monitors, giant glass filled with strange colored liquids, and multiple different holograms showcasing different mathematical equations and simulations, there lies 3 entities, one with a lab coat, one wearing a strange armor design, and one with white hair.

Person 1: "what will it take for you to support the creation of the Esper Faction?"

Eyes brimming with interests, the armored man asked the scientist in the same tone as to how a child would ask their parents when seeing a new animal.

Person 2: "color me interested, but all previous attempts at creating artificial human psychics have failed. The closest one has gotten to a Gemstone was the Genetic Virus half a century ago."

Waving his hands dismissively, the lab coat scoffed

Person 1: "the first attempt at creation was through pure science. However, with this:"

He got up and wrote a mathematical equation with multiple never seen before characters

Even if the armored entity doesn't understand what it means, his wife beside him took a shape intake of breath and whimpered out a word she doesn't remember the last time she said

Wife: "...Impossible..."

Bismark: "So Kaede..."

My voice inhumanly sweet that it even put her on edge

Bismark: "you wish to tell me how you know this boy? Do I need to-"

I was quickly cut off by her placing a hand on my mouth

Kaede: "I...'ll tell you later."

She stammered out, cheeks with a red tinge.

I study the teen Kaede splutter out about. Although I have seen him when we first met, I've never had too much time to study the teen known as 'Issei Hyoudou'

He seems to get nervous, like a student waiting on his test results as I stare into him.

It gets increasingly uncomfortable for him at least as to begin to squirm under my gaze

{Divine Protection of Enemy Discernment} finally revealed that he's this generation's [Red Dragon Emperor].

The two [Heavenly Dragons]... Powerhouses that obeys no one. In their last battle, a large portion of... The underworld? Earth? I keep on getting conflicting from Heaven, Hell, and Asgard. I can't just ask since I value secrecy thank you very much. They were enough of the threat that it forced the Angels, Fallen, and Devil to work together. The result is these 2 mid-tier Longinus Gears. The one that this teen wields is the [Boosted Gear], something that can double one's power depending on the stamina.

{Divine Protection of Empathy} tells me that he is nervous and a bit afraid of me. Good.

{Divine Protection of Psychoanalysis} tells me that he's a massive open pervert...

Massive.

Open.

Pervert.

And to top it all off, he's the [Red Dragon Emperor]...

Note to self: since Kaede is interested in him, and for apparently romantic reasons if {Divine Protection of Empathy} is anything to go by, stage a-

I was pulled from deep within my thoughts by the coughing of the Gremory girl.

I blinked once and found out that I utterly terrified the pervert with the way his pupils are dilated and heavy breathing. His face looked like he had just gone through a haunted house as my stare finally soften. The pressure in the room finally released as even the ones who I didn't direct the pressure to take a small breath.

I then turned to Rias, eyes never leaving her own.

Bismark: "before you ask, I'm not part of the Gremory Clan even if I have similar crimson hair, mine is of a different bloodline-"

And just I was about to continue, a magic circle flashed behind me, outcomes 2 entities, one is 20 years old looking blond with dark blue eyes wearing an... interesting outfit that forced me to instantly cover Kaede's eyes. The other occupant being-

Bismark: "ah! Lady Grayfia!"

She then bowed before addressing me

Grayfia: "Mr.Astrea, I heard about the attack, are you and your daughter alright?"

Seeing the room tense again, I gave her a disarming smile to the room.

Blondie: "and pray tell Riser, how do you, a mere human, know the wife of Lucifer?"

Grayfia had a look of horror before quickly masking it with her stoicism.

Just as I was about to speak, Rias spoke up with clear anger like how a child would have when facing someone they hate, she spoke

Rias: "and what do you want, Riser?"

Another set of over a dozen women suddenly teleported through the circle

They're ignoring me.

Riser: "Is this all your servants? They look pitiful."

Hmm

Rias: "...It's just the bishop that's not here, she's giving out..."

They are ignoring me

Riser: "Oh? And I supposed this human abomination doesn't belong to you?"

Everyone froze in silence, akin to a prey looking down the mouth of an apex predator, as Koneko began to hyperventilate.

Riser: "And here I thought that you got such a pretty girl for your peerage..."

He then noticed how everyone, including Grayfia, is deathly quiet and looks around him finding even his own peerage with obvious signs of fear clear in their eyes.

Riser: "oi, why are you all so quiet"

He continues to look around the room, completely oblivious to the shadow covering my eyes as I try and restrain myself

Riser: "oh please, don't tell Riser you are intimidated by Riser's greatness!"

He finally pays attention to the huge pressure I'm outputting on the room as he subconsciously took a step back.

However, Kaede just looked smugly at the dead man

Kaede: "oh you should not have done that."

And it was at this moment that Riser knew.

He Fucked Up.

Big Time.

A.N. short chapter today. I've never actually watched the DxD anime or LN. Every information I got was from fan fiction or the wiki

Also after reading "Dream Coalescence" on Fanfiction Net and oh my god, I absolutely fell in love with Saber. It's now officially my Favourite Fan Fiction of all Time. Like holy shit man, I actually felt that sense of emptiness after finishing the 20 chapter story. Does anyone know when the 'UBW' version comes out? Or is it dead since the author hasn't updated since 2018? If anyone knows PLEASE TELL ME I NEED TO KNOW.

P.S. I do find it ironic that it's in a Fan Fiction that I fell in love with the character instead of the actual anime.
