Chapter Eleven

Brent

*Three Months Later*

Tomorrow Jordan is coming back. I'm so happy. Cameron and Chris have been helping me prepare to talk to Jordan. I'm so nervous I already know she hates new and will say no so I don't even know why I'm doing this. I sign and decide just to go to sleep for tomorrow.

I wake up the next morning and hop in the shower, I get dressed in blue Hollister jeans and a red flannel. I spike my hair up and spray on some old spice cologne. I smile to my self in the mirror before I go downstairs and out the door. I smile as I walk down my stairs, I look around for Jordan but I can't see her I guess she isn't walking.

I get to school and everyone is all bussing about something before Chris and Cam run up to me.

''Brent actually your right she will say no so let's just forget about her and find other girls? K? K.'' Cameron rushes his words.

''What? No I'm asking her out. I'm telling her how I feel.'' I say.

''Brent, you can't.'' Chris sighs.

''And why is that?" I ask.

''That's why.'' Chris says turning away and I see Jordan and.......a guy? Holding hands? She's laughing? Blushing? What? What is this? My heart sinks.

Jordan

Today was my first day back to my old school. But this time I'm happy to go back. Cause this time I brought someone back with me. Ryan. Me, Jasona and Ethan use to live with Jason's Mom when I grew up for about ten years. Ryan was my childhood best friend. When I went back to Utah, I totally forgot about living their and him.

When I found out who Ryan was I gave him a huge hug. After that we hung out everyday after school and evey weekend. About a month later we're dating. He asked me out and of course I said yes, he knew me, he knows everything....

I was worried for today coming back. But I was glad cause Ryan didn't want to leave me so he came to Cali with me. Ya I know what about his parents? Good news, they moved in down the street from us.

Ryan and I get to school early and I show him around the school and his classes. Hand in hand we walked down the halls. Everyone pointing and shocked expressions. I didn't care though. That's until my eyes met with Brents. His eyes showed hatred, sadness, and most of all they looked hurt.

My smile went to a frown. I went from 100-0 real quick, I don't even know why, I hate Brent. I guess Ryan noticed.

''You okay babe?" He asked squeezing my hand.

''Yeah, just nervous to be back.'' I didn't blue cause I am nervous.

''Its okay.'' He leans in and kisses my head. I look up to look at Brent but he's gone. Today is gonna be a long day.
