Chapter Nine

Brent

Last night was...fun. She didn't yell at me or anything it was actually really weird. I thought when I got there she would make me sit on the floor while her on a chair or be a total jerk, but she was actually being...nice. I was shocked. I want to text her but I don't know if I should. I decide not to and make a YouTube video instead.

Jordan

I wake up the next morning and Jason and Ethan still aren't home. I sigh and go downstairs. I get a bowl of frosted flakes and some orange juice, I hear the door open then close. Jason and Ethan walk in and stand in the door way.

''What?" I ask.

''Pack your bags.'' Jason says walking upstairs Ethan following. I don't question it and finish my breakfast and go upstairs and pack a weeks worth of out fits. I pack a few toiletries and walk downstairs with my two bags. Jason and Ethan standing there with bags too. They have huge smiles plastered on there faces.

''Where are we going?" I ask.

''Trust us?" Ethan says. I nod as we walk outside and we get in the car. I still have no idea where we are going.

Brent

*MONDAY*

''WHAT!?" I ask our principal.

''She left our school, her dad called and said she was moving.'' She said.

I walk out of the office and look around for.....Cassie.

I walk around the school then I finally find her.

''Cassie!" I yell at her.,

''Hey Brent.'' She says.

''Where is Jordan?" I ask.

''Utah.'' She simply said.

''What? Why.'' I kinda yell.

''Calm down will you? Its only for a while, she is coming back, she said its because her dad has family their and he wants too stay there for the winter.'' She said.

''Why would he want to do that?" I ask.

''Brent, I don't know. Go away now will you?" She scoffs. She hates me for some reason.

I roll my eyes and walk to class....Science.

Jordan

FLASHBACK TO SATURDAY

''WHAT?" I scream.

''Calm down J. We will be back in the Spring its just for Winter.'' Jason says.

''I don't wanna be here, I don't like Utah its cold and I like being warm in Cali, can I go back home by myself please.'' I beg.

''No.'' Ethan states and walks out of the room I'll be in for the winter in Jason's parents house. I sigh and start to unpack.
