Before we start, let's clear a few things you may or may have heard before.

What is "age regression"?

Basically, age regression is when someone reverts back to a more childlike mindset. It's mainly a healthy coping mechanism to deal with things such as PTSD, depression, anxiety and other mental and physical health issues. Regressors are more at peace and worry free in "little space" (term for aforementioned mindset). These people simply need breaks from stress and responsibilities. Some age regressors refer to their s/os as "Daddy" , "Mommy" or "Caregiver" since they typically take care of the little akin to an actual child. There are age regressors who are 100% adults outside of their regression and are capable of working, having their own children and have general adult responsibility. While others are possibly mentally or physically disabled, and stay 24/7 or majority of the time in a regressed to regain parts of childhood they may have lost.
