Mafuyu x Uenoyama [one shots]

Uenoyama sits alone at his desk, barely being able to breathe through his thick mask, placed over his nose and mouth.

He looks over to Mafuyu, forced to sit away from him at another desk, scattered students around the classroom. Mafuyu makes eye contact with Uenoyama and winks, since you wouldn't be able to tell that he was smiling.

Uenoyama blushes under his mask and winks back, and holds his phone up slightly. Mafuyu nods his head and turns his phone on as well and goes to his message app- Uenoyama does the same.

Uenoyama
If only I could kiss you rn.. <3

Mafuyu
You're very brave over text, Uenoyama-kun

Uenoyama
Give me some credit rn. I just wanna walk over there, slip your mask off and kiss you right there

Mafuyu
Maybe i'd like that :)
But we can't.. stupid virus

ugh.. i know. I can't even walk to your house anymore. I miss you

As in drive up to each other in our cars and talk, since we can't really stand within six feet of one another..

Uenoyama

Later that night, Mafuyu and Uenoyama meet on a dead-end road in each other's cars. As they pull up to one another, they both stop at the perfect position to talk to each other.

They both roll down their windows and Uenoyama smiles. "Even though I can barely see you, i know you look great right now," he says.

"Oh.. hold on," Mafuyu drags on. He reaches up to the ceiling of his car and turns a light on, making a clearer sight for Uenoyama.

Uenoyama blushes as he sees Mafuyu and turns his light on as well, causing Mafuyu to blush in return. Mafuyu reaches his hand out of his window, reaching for Uenoyama. Uenoyama reaches his hand out as well and grabs Mafuyu's hand, pressing them together. Uenoyama rubs his thumb at the side of Mafuyu's hand and stares into his eyes in awe.

"I've missed your touch.." Mafuyu mumbles. "Can we do this more often?"

Uenoyama smirks and nods his head. "I'd really like that," he replies. Mafuyu leans his head on the side of his car window and closes his eyes, taking a deep breath of the fresh air outside. Wind begins to blow, causing a few strands to flow loosely. Uenoyama reaches his hand to Mafuyu's head and plays with his hair for a few seconds.

Mafuyu opens his eyes back up and looks at the clock in his car, as it blinks 9:47pm. "Shit.. I should head back home," Mafuyu looks at Uenoyama with disappointment.

Uenoyama nods his head slightly. "I should too, actually. See you tomorrow at school?"

"Of course. I love you," Mafuyu says, starting up his car.

"I love you too."

Mafuyu drives off, leaving Uenoyama in his parked car for a second, taking in the special moment he just spent with Mafuyu. He'd never forget this.
