Mother fricking Nature!!!

We need nature for ;

"Exposure to nature has been proven to be a key factor in maintaining good physical, social and mental health. The calming effects of the natural environment are particularly beneficial for easing stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression."

And the less the stress means more room for positivity means more room for self love!

So u don't need to do this every day but maybe once a week, just go to ur garden. Looks at the leaves, look at the flowers and just admire nature and its beauty.

And for those of u that live in apartments, go to ur rooftop. NOT ur balcony cuz you'll only see buildings. So go to ur rooftops and look far, look at the sky, and just treat everything in the world with a sense of awe.

So go outside for 5 mins minimum and comment done once you do it:)
