Aromatherapy!

So today's form of meditation is gonna include smells!

And since we're in the middle of a pandemic and not all of us can go out to buy scented candles rn, I want u to do at least one of these ;

●Buy scented candles and light them in ur room.

●Sniff that amazing smelling perfume of yours and spray it on yourself.

●Use that scented soap and have a wash before bed.

●Sniff those flowers in your garden.

U need to do only one of these and they'll barely take time so pls do it and then comment done here>

Also this is the last official challenge for the week and I just want to thank u guys so much for the reads we've got!

The next few chaps will be of random self love acts and by February 1st, this book will be over, but don't worry cuz we'll be publishing new books very soon!

Be yourself and live life the way u want and forget about those toxic ppl cuz they don't deserve it.
