So we're gonna be focusing on the meditation and a bit more in this chapter.

What I want u to do is to think of every bad thing anyone has every said to you. And it's okay if u start crying, it's okay.

Just think of the worst stuff if u can't cramp everything in.

So now I want u to banish everything. Take in a deep breath with me and say these words out loud, scream it if u want!

I'M ENOUGH.

Now get off ur bed and go have a wash or comb ur hair or blast that favourite song of yours.

And the real u is more than enough and each and every one of are special.
