Meditation!Since it's the first task for the week, we're gonna be starting small and doing the good ol crossed legged pose.
Now most people think that to meditate, all you've got to do is cross your legs and take some deep breaths, when in fact, it's so much more than that.
So I'm gonna be putting the steps here and I want you to read and understand them before switching off ur device and following it.
1)Get in a comfortable position in a quiet place.
i)Sit up straight.
ii)Cross your legs
iii)Place your hands comfortably on your lap.2) Focus on your breathing.
i)Feel the air enter your nose.
ii)Feel your lungs fill up with air.
iii)Feel the air leaving your nose or mouth.3)Close your eyes and clear your mind.
i)Smile softly. Feel it
ii)Listen to your natural breathing.
iii)Observe your heartbeat.4)Use your inner voice.
By repeating helpful sentences
such as ;
i)I am creating a safe space.
ii)I am about to be happy, healthy and whole.
iii) I am worthy and loved and no one can tell me otherwise.Set a 5 minute timer before you this and stop only once the timer rings.
