     The chocolate brown haired girl who had green eyes was the newly appointed detective of lockwood agency. After being fired by a grumpy boss from her previous work place.

  She worked as a detective to fulfill her fathers wish who unfortunately didn't got the chance to see his daughter be someone she is today.

"May both of yours souls rest in heaven." She mutters as she places a picture frame on her desk and starts the first day of her job after sparing another glance to her parents picture on the table.

"Ms. Harvey?" She looks up and finds a blond boy in his early twenties smiling down at the.

"Yes?" She replies with a nod and waits for him to answer.

"The boss wants you in his office." The boy replied and pointed towards the office.

"Oh! Thank you, umm......" she says trying to get the boys name.

"Jason." The boy replied bringing his hand to shake with hers."But you can call me Jay." He said flashing his pearl white teeth.

"Of course, Jay." She smiles shaking her hand with his.

  She knocked on the door and walked in after hearing a 'come in' from the other side.

"Ms. Harvey, please have a seat." Says the old man in his late 50's gesturing towards the chair.

"You called Mr. Mackeller?" She asked .

"Yes, here u go." He said Mr. Mackeller passing her an ID card. "This is your card Ms. Harvey. Welcome to lockwood investigation agency. Now u are a part of this family." He said with a smile.

"Thank you soo much sir, its an honor." She replies with a smile.

An hour later, when she was typing something on the computer a knock on her desk makes her look up as she sees a girl with light brown hair looking down at her with her bright grey eyes.

"Sophia, right?" She asks trying to guess if she was right.

Sophia smiles and replies with a 'yes'.

  "Hi, Im Emma Wilson. Nice to meet you." As both of them shake hands "Your new here right?"

"Yes." She says with a smile.

"Great, Its almost lunch time. You wanna join me?" Emma asks.

  "Of course dear." She says and smiles.

"Well then, lets go." Emma says as they both walk towards the lift.

"Oh you got your ID card." She takes it  and starts examining.

"Oh yea, the boss gave it to me this morning." Sophia replies.

   "Name: Sophia May Harvey
       Gender: female
           Age: 26, oh you are same age as mine. See" Emma shows her card to Sophia and she smiles in return.

    "Now I know why I was so excited to meet you." Emma says with a bright smile on her face.

   "Wow, what a coincidence. I think we'll be very good friends." Sophia says.

    "Yea, why not." Emma said as both of them walk towards the door.

   " what do you say if we go to my brothers café, its down the street." Emma says to which Sophia smiled as a reply and both of them walk towards the café.

    "Hi Jane." Emma says to the girl behind the counter.

  "Hi Emma, how's everything going at work ?" Jane asks.

    "Amazing and I made a new friend, Jane this is Sophia Harvey , and Sophia this is Jane Wilson my sister-in-law." Emma introduced them.

    "Nice to meet you Sophia." Jane said as both of them shake hands.

     " Nice to meet you to." Sophia replies.

     "You want me to get you guys anything?" Jane asked.

       "Yes, the order I always take." Emma says winking. "Um Jane, where is Adrin?" Emma asks.

     "He went out to buy groceries." She answered as the door opens."oh there he comes." Jane said.

      As the both of them turned around a four year old boy jumps at Emma and hugs her.

     "Aunt Emma, how are you?" The boy asks with a bright smile on his face.

       "Hiii, Im great." She replies lifting him in her arms.

         "Aunt Emma, who is that?" The boy asks pointing towards Sophia.

       "Thats my friend, Sophia this is Kenny my nephew." Says Emma.

      "Hey Em." Adrin says as he walked upto them.
   
      "Hi, Adrin this is my friend Sophia and Sophia this is my big brother Adrin." Introduced Emma.

   "Hi, you have a really cute boy." Sophia said smiling at Kenny.

          "Thank you." Adrin replies with a smile.

       "Here you go girls." Jane says putting two cups of coffee on the table.

      Later that evening, Sophia was walking towards Emma's cabin when she bumped into something very hard and falls down on the floor as the papers from her file scatters ever were.
   
         "You idiotn can't you see where you going?" Says someone as she looks up to see what she miss took for a wall was actually a man around her age.

     "Im sorry I-" she trys to apologise but he cuts her off by walking pass her muttering a 'blind idiot' as he turns a corner and disappears.
