Later that night, Sophia was busy using her cell phone the door bell rang. She got up and went to open the door only to see her neighbor.

“Mrs.Grayson, how are you?” she says with a smile on her face.

“I’m great my child and please call me Helen.” She replies with a smile.

“Of course Helen” Sophia corrects herself as both of them walk inside the apartment.

“I brought apple pie, here” Helen says giving her a tray with apple pie.

Oh, how sweet of you Helen, thanks.“ she replies taking the tray and placing it on the kitchen island.

“I’m so glad that you moved in this building, you haven’t changed.” Helen said as both of then sit on the sofa.

“I haven’t changed but the time has, its been so long.” Sophia says with a weak smile.

“True, I still remember the six year old Sophia playing in the garden.” Helen says with a small smile.

“Your mother was more than just a neighbor to me, she used to spend time with me when we moved there back then, You used to have a little bunny with you every time.” Both of them of them smile at the memory.

“Everything was perfect until.........” Sophia’s voice shakes as the memory of that day plays in her mind again.

“Untill the day of car crash; you were in my arms crying really badly when your parents’ bodies were taken away.” Helen says as a tear rolls down her cheeks.

“You were just seven years old back then.” Helen said.”I’m so happy that we are back to being neighbors again, I missed you so much Sophia , I tried to find you after that but I was told that you were given away to some orphanage and after that I lost every clue of were you could be.” Helen explained holding Sophia’s hand as she wipes her tears from her face.

“It’s been nineteen years, I’m so glad that your all set now.” Helen said as Sophia smiled in response

“Tss,Tss why is everyone crying?” Asks Samantha, Helen’s eighteen year old daughter as she walks in.

       “Oh, Hi Samantha.” Sophia says.

“Hi Sophy, you know you should be carefull you left the door wide open.” Samantha says jabbing towards the door.

“Oh, I think I forgot to cloes it on my way in.”Sophia gets up to shut the door.

“That’s ok , I closed it when I can in.” Samantha said “Anyways, mom dad needs you home he is having some guest over for the dinner.” Samantha said.

“Oh dear, I almost forget, I’ll Have to go for now Sophia. I’ll see you later.” Helen said getting up from the sofa.

“Thanks for the pie.” Sophia says to which Helen smiles.

“Um, mom can I stay with Sophy for a movie, I’m really not in mood for guest at the place right now.” Samantha says requesting her mother.

“Well if you aren’t busy Sophia....” Helen says.

“NO, I’m totally free please let her stay infact we can ues some quality time together and I really don’t wanna be alone right now.” Sophia said.

“Oh sweety, how many days have you spend all alone, you know you can come to me anytime, right.” Helen said with a smile.

“Of course I will, thanks Helen.” Sophia says. “Okay, both of you have fun, bye.” She said and walked out.

Sophia turned to Samantha and said “I think a movie is incomplete without pizza and ice-cream.”

“Oh Sophy, You read my mind.” Samantha said placing a hand on her forehead dramatically as both of the girls break down laughing.

Next day when Sophia was walking towards her cabin with a cup of coffee in her hand, when she spotted three police officers walking out of David’s office. With a confused expression she sees the officers as they walk pass her.

“Sophia.” She turned her head and saw Emma walking towards her. “Where were you?” Emma asked.

“I went to get a cup of coffee, is .... everything okay, why were these police officers here?” Sophia asks as she waits for Emma to reply.

“Come with me, I’ll tell you what you missed.” Emma said taking Sophia to her cabin.

As they both reach her cabin both of them settled down as Emma starts explaining the whole situation to her.

“There was another missing report filed this morning. They said that the girl was missing from last night. Her parents said that she went out for a walk around 7pm and when she didn’t come back they went out to look for her and found her broken phone at the end of the street.” Emma explained.

“The police suspect that it was the same person who kidnapped the president’s daughter. The police was here to inform David about this.” She explained further.

“Oh my God. I don’t know why but I have a sinking feeling that this isn’t gonna end well.” Sophia said and Emma puts a hand over her shoulder and give her a reassuring nod “Everything will be fine Sophia.”

   “I hope Emma...” Sophia said.
