Do not fucking comment your weight/anything about your weight in this chapter. Here's a small trigger warning that there will be numbers.

Also keep in mind that Chase has muscle and is over 6 feet.

"Chase, we need to talk."

Chase froze, turning his head towards Clyde. Thoughts ran frantically through his head.

"What about?"

Clyde pursed his lips, grabbing Chase's hand. Before the dark haired boy could react, Clyde traveled his hand into the hoodie sleeve.

He felt the textured skin, the scars and the scabs. Clyde's face was blank while Chase was on the verge of crying already.

His throat was tight and his nose tingles uncomfortably. His head was spinning, his stomach was growling.

"Oh, Chase." Clyde frowns, throwing his arms around him. The dam broke, tears spilled from Chase's eyes. He's never cried so many tears at once. "Chase, why?"

The older boy wrapped his arms around Clyde, his breath becoming shakey. "It's a lot to explain..."

"Then explain it to me, I have all the time in the world for you."

Chase sighs, opening his mouth to speak.

He explained everything. The waves of sadness and how only food or pain can help. How nothing bad has ever environmentally happened and it made him feel as if his problem wasn't as valid.

He explained how it quickly became an addiction and furthered his sadness/depressiveness.

He didn't go too in depth with his eating problem, it wasn't a problem to Chase.

They both cried silently. Clyde rubbed Chase's knuckles, both of their hands were shaking.

"Chase, you need to stop..."

"I know, Clyde, I've been trying... It's not easy."

Clyde sighs, kissing Chase's palm. He knew it wasn't easy. Obviously not on a personal level, he couldn't imagine trying to stop an addiction.

"Please... just... Text or call me... If you ever feel the urge... I don't know if that will help but..." Clyde's voice seemed emotionless but held so much. He sounded so heart broken. "Just please try stopping..."

Chase didn't intend on trying to stop. It was a problem for a reason. It's not like he did it every day, he didn't view it as something bad when it was.

"Okay." Chase whispered in a monotone, gulping. He didn't know what else to even say. "I'm fine, Clyde, don't worry."

"This is not fine, Chase!" Clyde exclaimed. He didn't want to yell, he didn't want to seem upset, he was just so fucking worried. "I don't want to lose you."

Chase's eyes widen, his breath shortening. "Clyde... Sweet boy, it's not like that... I'm..."

"Are you sure?"

Was I sure? I mean I'm not going to kill myself but if a robber put a gun to my head, I'd hastily say hurry up...

"Yes, cutie, don't worry, I'm okay."

Clyde didn't reply, he didn't want to keep repeating himself and pratically restart to conversation. He cups Chase's cheeks, pressing their lips together.

It was a sweet kiss. The sweetest kiss. It was full of care and possibly love? It was a very loving kiss, even though it was only moments long.

"I don't want you to be hurting inside and out."
