Louis' POV
Somehow, Liam and I have found a way to forget about our problems, for Emily's sake. We gave each other a few hard glances here and there when Emily wasn't looking, but overall I can feel our senses being brought back to normal.
Emily and I were really good friends, which Liam did respect thankfully.
Currently, we were all sitting on Liam's black leather couch, watching a movie. I was able to find company, from a girl I worked with. Her name was Nina.
Nina was short, light brown hair, and big green eyes. She was gorgeous, and I was starting to wonder where she has been all my life.
I never thought I would find love, but I did. It took time, patience, and a good nature to do so.
We were so happy, making me always in a cheerful mood.
My plans for my life were to stay in Chicago, continuing my normal job since its been doing me well, and hopefully one day will have a family.
I'm not sure who that would be with, but wether it's Nina or not, I pray that I will be happy now and in the future.

Lia's POV
My mind was racing, along with my heart as I stared at the same grey walls over and over again.
I thought I heard a clock ticking, but it was all in my head.
I'm in here for almost murdering Liam and Emily. I would've succeeded if it wasn't for that boy that interrupted me. He's lucky I didn't kill him. I would've, if I had the chance.
I pace around the room, only going a short distance. The cell was dark, small and very boring. The thin fabric they called a mistress was aching my back. I had complained about it once or twice, but they told me I deserved it, for my actions.
I always rolled my eyes at this statement. Liam and Emily did deserve it though.
She took him away from me. Changed him, broke him in, and loved him. Something I have always wanted to do, but my chances were ruined when she came into Liam's life. My thoughts were interrupted, again.
The grey steel door swung open, revealing two big police men. They handcuffed me, not saying a word as they dragged me out of the cell. I took a deep breath, feeling the fresh air for the first time in 2 weeks.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask, and they reply with only 2 words.
"Your trial."

My heart raced at the sound of the words 'guilty', and then then judge banged his desk abruptly.
"25 years in prison, no bail." He states, giving another swing to his desk. The hot tears brim my eyes, as I look over at Emily and Liam. They're happy somewhat. At least Liam is showing it, while I can tell Emily is trying to hide it. Everyone starts to exit the courtroom, even me as I'm about to get transported to prison.
I want to scream, fight, and break free into Liam's arms. I can't though, and I'll have to live with that for the next 25 years.
