"Arya? Is something bothering you?" Draupadi said helping Shahadev get ready. "I feel something bad is going to happen in the court today." Shahadev said. "Pitamah did warn me about it. He said mamashree is planning something big." Draupadi said combing his hair. "Surely he is. He is a cunning man with big brains." Shahadev said. Draupadi was listening to Shahadev while helping him get ready. "Relax arya. You are talking more than me you know." Draupadi said making him wear his angavastram and kamarband.
"Now is that a praise or insult?" Shahadev teased. "What do you mean arya?" Draupadi said adjusting his angavastram. "Nothing~" Shahadev said. "Now sit arya. You are too tall for me to place this mukut." Draupadi said making shahadev chuckle. "Shorty." Shahadev said. "Its not me who is short. Its you who is too tall." Draupadi said making Shahadev chuckle. "Kumari even you should get ready now." Survi said. "When will I come in use? She has been coming and preparing us six from the morning." Nakul said taking her to her room.
"Now my dear wife I know you are spoiled rotten ever since childhood being the youngest. Madhav has told me every details of how you like to be dressed up." Nakul said. "I don't think that spoiling part was necessary." Draupadi said. "I told exactly what I saw and heard. Back madhav used to do your hair now its my duty now." Nakul said and started getting her ready. "I have a feeling that this court will not good." Shahadev said. Nakul then took the purple lotus and stuck it in Draupadi's hair. "You still remember when I said I like purple lotus?" Draupadi asked. "All thanks to me!" Shahadev said.
"Pranipat!" the pandavas and Draupadi said to everybody in the court standing at the center.

"So as I was saying how is this marriage possible? One woman marrying not 2 not 3 but 6! 6! men!" Shakuni said. "Even Jatila devi was married to the seven saptrishi mamashree." Karn said. "I understand but it doesn't suit you. You are a royal, a prince of kuru clan making your wife the kulvadhu. She is not a good example for our people." Shakuni said. "May you please elaborate a little mamashree?" Bheem said making Shakuni gulp in fear. "I me-mean s-she has married you six and you know what that type of woman is called." Shakuni said.
Draupadi got a little uncomfortable listening to Shakuni's words which was sensed by the pandavas. "Mamashree I prefer you not to talk about that." Arjun said. "Why?" Duryodhan asked. "Bhrata Duryodhan you may not care about what to talk infront of who and when but we do." Nakul said. "But mamashree is saying the truth." Duryodhan said. "Bhrata Duryodhan I think you should use your words properly as elders and minors are present in the court." Shahadev said. "You should have thought that before marrying this who-" Duryodhan said but was cut off by Yudhistir.
"Duryodhan! You must be forgetting something. You must have forgotten your murder attempt on Draupadi." Yudhistir said. "Duryodhan as much as I know you vowed not to marry anybody else except for Bhanumati but didn't arjun elope Draupadi as you were about to marry her by trick?" Yudhistir asked. Bhanumati who was standing on the balcony along with the ladies was shocked and looked at Duryodhan who was irritated and finding excuses. Duryodhan's half spoken words pierce Draupadi's heart and soul. She never imagined to be called that even in her worst nightmare. Draupadi was raised like an innocent, fragile and beautiful flower with utmost care and love. Hearing upon Duryodhan's words shattered her.
Draupadi then was led to the balcony where Kunti, Gandhari and Dushala was and the sabha continued. "Maharaj! Your brother maharaj Pandu must have already told you why and in which situation we went to guptavas for a while I may have been intentional or unintentional." Karn said sparing a short glance at Shakuni, Duryodhan and Dushasan. "Now jyesth is back he must be appointed back as the yuvraj." Yudhistir said. "Along with bhrata Yudhistir." Bheem added. "Asambhav!" Duryodhan roared.
"Why bhrata Duryodhan?" Arjun asked. "You have broken the rules! You all married the same woman! Its a crime! A serious sin!" Duryodhan roared. "Crime? Don't even come there bhrata." Nakul said. "Then even the criminal who poisoned bhrata Bheem in his childhood should be arrested!" Shahadev said. 'Then what about the sin of you six marrying Yashodha ladli?" Dushasan asked. "Then what about the sin of attacking with the intention of killing your gurudev's sister? What about the vow made to a wife by the husband? Even that's a sin!" Karn said.
"Still! How can you rule Hastinapur when you have such a characterless wife!" Duryodhan said. "Duryodhan stay in your limits!" Bheem roared. "Think about it yourself pandavo! When you be the king nanda dulari will be the queen. And how can a characterless woman like her be a queen? Do you want the people of hastinapur to be characterless like this harlot?" Duryodhan said. "DURYODHAN!!" the pandavas roared raising their weapons against him and the other 6 followers of Duryodhan too came forward. "Can't face the truth? That your wife is a whore? a harlot?" Duryodhan said crossing the limit.
As the pandavas were going to attack and so were the six. "Stop rajkumaro! This is not a battlefield its a court! Raj sabha! Please stay in your limits!" Vidur said stopping them. Vidur then separated them maintaining safe distance between them. The pandava's eyes traveled to Draupadi who was sitting in the balcony with a blank face with unshed tears infuriating them. "Duryodhan watch your tongue! She is the one who gave eyesight to your father! She is the one who is keeping the pandavas together. Its her sacrifice and greatness that the Pandu family is here with us." Bhism said. The pandavas were just glaring at the kauravs so were they. "ARE YOU LISTNING?" Bhism said a bit loudly almost shouting making them nod.

After the court Draupadi went straight to her room with the pandavas slowly following her. After she entered the room straightly went to the joint balcony where her favorite swing was placed. She then sat and closed her eyes swaying the swing with her foot. The words of Duryodhan were ringing in her ears nonstop, the scene of pandavas raising weapon against kauravs was repeatedly playing in her head. The unshed tears finally escaped from her closed eyes just to be caught by a pair of hands. She felt two hands wiping away the tears from her cheek making her open her eyes to see Arjun and Nakul kneeling catching the tear that escaped to flow with Yudhistir and Karn wiping away her tears with Bheem and Shahadev standing back of Arjun and Nakul.
"Don't waste these precious pearls for those demons krishnaa." Arjun said. "Arjun is right gauri." Bheem said. "Don't mind them." Nakul said. "Don't believe them." Shahadev said. "Hurting somebody is as easy as throwing stone in the ocean but does anybody has any idea how deep the stone can go?" Draupadi said.
