BUTTERFLY FROM THE FLAME (JOY AND GENTLENESS OF THE FLAME)

Chapter 39

Its been few days since Draupadi and Arjun's married life started. Though the two didn't had much time to spend in daylight the two spent their time together under the moonlight talking and laughing while embracing each other. Everyday there were loads and tons of works as the kingdom was newly establish and was quite big for newly established.

"Arya the paperworks are done. We need more of rice and wheat are needed near the central of ang and outskirt of Khandav." Draupadi said. "Okay we will talk about it to the concerned." Karn said. "Take rest kalyani, you have been working ever since early morning." Yudhistir said. "Yes arya. I have some household left I will do that and rest." Draupadi said and left. After finishing all the households Draupadi went to the garden to take a stroll as Dushala was busy learning embroidery from one of the maids.

As Draupadi was walking in the garden she reached the training area where all the soldiers were being trained by Arjun. Arjun had been training them for 4 hours and was drenched in sweat looking handsome and hot under the hot sun. Arjun quickly sensed the presence of his beloved and looked towards the direction where draupadi was watching him training the soldiers along with Dhara and Survi. "Okay now you can rest. Today's training is over." Arjun said after five hours of vigorous training the soldiers went towards their own directions. "Ekant!" Arjun said dismissing every soldiers and maids in the area.

Draupadi went towards him and wiped off his sweat with the towel Survi gave. As Draupadi was wiping his forehead Arjun caught her hand stopping her and pulled her by waist. He then took her hand and affectionally and lovingly kissed it. "You could have called me. Why did you stand under this hot sun?" Arjun said. "Why? Can't I see my husband?" Draupadi said making Arjun smile. "I think its time for somebody else to take my spot of yuvraj. Its too tiring." Arjun said making her slightly chuckle while slightly blushing. 

"So how is everything?" Arjun asked pushing away a strand of hair from her face. "For the first time I got break. Finally I finished all my works." Draupadi said. The two were rambling about different topics while walking in the garden. "I will get going now arya." Draupadi said and as she was about to leave Arjun pulled her close by waist. "Why? Where?" Arjun asked. "To the kitchen. Who will make food otherwise?" Draupadi said. "The maids." Arjun answered. "Bhabhi!" Dushala called and Draupadi quickly pushed arjun and went towards her. "Seriously? This type of treatment to me and VIP to Dushala?" Arjun said sighing and went towards the palace.

Dushala and Draupadi were serving food to everybody while the pandavas were joking around entertaining the ladies as well. "So dushala what did you learn?" Yudhistir asked. "Chain stitch and other different kinds of stitches." Dushala said. "Tomorrow?" Karn asked. "Tomorrow.... is bhabhi free?" Dushala asked. "Yes I am." Draupadi said. "Teach me how to dance and play flute!" Dushala said. "Don't you know how to dance? I thought you knew." Bheem said. "But I want to learn from bhabhi." Dushala said. "Okay learn but now eat." Nakul said and the ladies took their seat as well and started eating along with the rest.

"Oh my god! My arya is making the bed today?" Draupadi said. "Are you saying or asking?" Arjun asked while making the bed. "So why is my husband suddenly in a helpful mood?" Draupadi asked. "I am not only in a playful mood but another mood as well." Arjun said moving towards Draupadi with his intense gaze fixed on her. He then pulled her by waist and lifted her face by chin. The two shared a stare full of love and affection for each other. As Arjun leaned forward closing his eyes Draupadi looked away and broke free out of his embrace and went towards the dressing table and started removing her jewelries. Arjun went towards her and helped her with her jewelries. As soon as the jewelries were removed Draupadi moved away but was stopped by a grip on her wrist.

Arjun then pulled her all of a sudden making her back meet his chest. Arjun slid all of her hair to a side and bent down, feeling Arjun's hot breath on her neck made Draupadi blush. Arjun kissed her neck making its way upwards and slightly bit her earlobe making Draupadi red. Arjun then carried her towards the bed and laid her hovering over her. Arjun attacked her neck while holding her hands and making its way upwards. Arjun's lips reached her jawline and started caressing it sending sensual feeling and pleasure all over their body. "May I?" Arjun asked making Draupadi blush and nod.

"Wake up arya!" Draupadi said while getting ready. "Today you don't have any work. Come back and sleep with me." Arjun said. "Not at all. I have to do few household and teach dushala jiji how to play flute and etc. "Okay.... my dhoti? Where is it?" Arjun asked. "There on the couch." Draupadi said while wearing her earrings. Arjun smirked remembering last few night and moved towards Draupadi. "I can't find." Arjun said standing behind her. "Wait I will-" Draupadi said turning around but soon stopped and looked the other way while blushing. "At least wear something!" Draupadi said. "My dhoti?" Arjun said. "Then you could have stayed at bed!" Draupadi said moving to the couch and picking up his dhoti. "Now my dear wife why are you being shy? Don't you remember last few night?" Arjun said back hugging her.

"Okay now let me go." Draupadi said trying to escape from his grip. "What if I say no?" Arjun said. "Arya! Please! I have alot of work." Draupadi said. "12 pm." Arjun said. "What?" Draupadi asked. "Bring me my lunch and feed me in the training area." Arjun said. "Okay! Now let me go will you?" Draupadi said. "Okay!" Arjun said. "Get ready soon." Draupadi said handing him his dhoti and pecking him. "Now my day will go nice." Arjun said earning a chuckle from Draupadi.

"Arya?" Draupadi called entering yudhistir's chamber. Draupadi saw Yudhistir struggling with his neck jewelry and moved towards him and helped him. "kalyani?" Yudhistir said. "Who else?" Draupadi said helping him. "What happened? Something serious?" Yudhistir said. "Can't I visit my husband? Do I always need to have a reason?" Draupadi said. "Ofcourse not." Yudhistir said pulling her to his lap. "Okay now eat this curd fast." Draupadi said. "Why?" Yudhistir asked. 'How will you eat the medicine then? Arya nakul told me about your headache and gave me medicine. Now eat fast." Draupadi said feeding him. After feeding him Draupadi took the medicine and gave him and he ate it.

"Thank you." Yudhistir said. "Bhabhi!" Dushala said entering the chamber. "I have been searching for you ever since!" Dushala said. "Okay okay. Now lest go then." Draupadi said knowing why dushala came looking for her.

"Woah! Bhabhi! How do you dance so well?" Dushala said. 'You too dance well now take rest. I will get going." Draupadi said. "Flute?" Dushala asked making her chuckle. "I am not running anywhere jiji. I have to give arya arjun food as he didn't eat. After feeding him I will come back." Draupadi said and went towards the kitchen. 

Draupadi stood waiting for the training to be over. "Bhoo!" Arjun said making her startle and jump a little. "Arya!" Draupadi whined making him chuckle. "Sorry! Sorry!" Arjun said. "Ekant." Arjun said and the two sat under a tree and Draupadi started feeding him. As she was feeding him she felt uneasy. "What happened?" Arjun asked. "Nothing I am not liking the smell of onion." Draupadi said. "What? But you always add onion what happened today?" Arjun asked. "I don't add or cut onion now days. Dhara does." Draupadi said. "Just eat quick and get rid of this onion." Draupadi said feeding him. "You okay na? Do I need to call doctor?" Arjun asked. "No need arya! It happens sometimes." Draupadi said standing up.
