Night had already fallen, and the stars were beginning to come out while the party that started late afternoon was still very much alive. They were all seated around the fire, beside each other. Alissa got to know a few of Paul's friends, but she didn't actually interact with them, as Seth would be grabbing her attention every five minutes wanting to know this or wanting her to help him with this. The boy had grown quite fond of her it seemed.

They were all telling stories of Paul, and Alissa could see how much he had meant to all these people around this fire. She didn't know much about Paul and a small part of her was jealous that they knew sides of him that she may never get to know.

“I remember this one time, Paul was throwing this party down at the cottage, and he made all of us sneak out to join him there. We bought beer and everything and remember, we were only fifteen at the time,” Jared told the story and all Paul could do was laugh, blushing with embarrassment. “We partied until 11 before the parents came and caught us.”

“You should be happy it wasn't the cops,” Seth commented. “The cops would've been significantly better than our parents because after that, we were literally grounded for months. And I don't mean, like normal grounded, like, someone would take you to school, wait the whole day for you, to make sure you don't sneak off and take you home. We weren't even allowed to leave the house.”

Alissa chuckled, looking at Jared, “Wait, did you all get the same punishment?”

“Yeah. They said we all wanted to party, so we'll all get the same punishment. I mean, it was brutal because I didn't think I would be able to handle staying in the house for a month.”

Alissa looked at the boys. “It must've been torture. Jake weren't you there?”

Jared shook his head, “Jake used to be a good boy. He never rebelled against his dad like us,” Jared told the Argent girl. He was very much like her, she wasn't rebellious at all.

“Hey, Alissa.”

“Hmm?”

“Do you have any stories to tell about your time in Beacon Hills?” Embry asked the brunette, and everyone's eyes were on her.

“You sure you want to hear about me?” the girl asked and everyone nodded. She didn't know if she could even tell them about all the shit she and the others went through in that town. It was crazy yet traumatizing at the same time.

“Do tell us.”

“What exactly do you guys want to know?”

The girl picked her glass up from the ground, taking a sip. “Did you have any boyfriends in Beacon Hills?” Embry asked which caused the girl to choke on the drink. She coughed, slamming her fist against her chest while Jake patted her on the back. She reached for the bottle of water, immediately gulping it down.
