Leaving George on the platform was a little easier than I thought. While the both of us woke up that morning and spent all morning in bed. Sharing kisses, laughs, and rolling around in the sheets. Finally getting up that way I could get ready.

As we stood on the platform mere seconds before I needed to go, George wrapped me in his arms and held me tight.

"I'll see you soon, Black," He whispered as I lifted my head to look up towards him.

"Don't miss me too much Weasley," I cheered as he brought his lips to mine for the last time for a while.

"I'll try not to," He promised as his arms slipped off my body

"Good," I protested as I walked away, "I can't wait to hear all about the store and what you have been doing with your free time."

"Get on that train Black or you'll be stuck with me," He shouted as I reached a compartment to hop on.

"A tragedy that would be," I giggled as I climb aboard the express. Making my way to find Marie as the train started to pull out of the station. Leaving everyone behind as I finally sat down. Looking out to see George, Fred, Molly, and Arthur all waving goodbye.

On the train ride back Marie and I shared stories over our summer break. What we did, where we went, and all the places we saw. Marie talked about Tommy's new school as he was going to St. Mungo Healing school to become a Healer even though his parents wanted him to take over the family business. Marie talked about how she was thinking about following Tommy or becoming an Auror. While I had no idea if I was going to finish or graduate this year. I just still didn't seem right. If I didn't who knows what I would go do.

The first few days back at Hogwarts were just a normal as they could be. Marie and I walked around the halls alone as all of our favorite boys had left us. Tommy was off at Healing school, the twins had their shop and Lee was off on his own hosting the Potterwatch radio show for all wizards and witches everywhere that were against The Dark Lord being back.

The halls felt more empty this year and the nights were filled with rather boring silence as we wished they were all here to crack a joke with us or pull a prank on Professor Snape.

While we had only been back a few days George had already sent me a few letters. Which made the nights a little less lonely as I would read over each and every word before I fell asleep. His words calming my nerves as I could feel everyone's eyes on me as I walked through the halls to get to my classes.

"Daisy, you okay?" Marie asked me as we walked to Potions one morning. The sounds of younger students running around the halls trying to keep dry from the rain that was beginning to fall already.

"Yeah, I am just thinking about my dad," I said as I looked over towards her as a first-year bumped into my pushing past the two of us as he apologized.

"I'm sorry," She said as we rounded the corner. Pushing through piles of students who looked lost.

"Thanks. I just don't know why I feel this way when he's been gone for months."

"I mean you never really got closure. His body was just gone as Harry said right? So with no funeral and no way to say goodbye how could you?"

"It just doesn't make sense. I cried to him for so many nights and I swore I heard his voice with I was in France telling me goodbye."

"You're still denying yourself that he is gone. Would could blame you?"  She said awkwardly, "But I will be here for you and help you with whatever you need."
