Day in and night out. Ron listened to the radio. Louder than ever. I knew we weren't going to hear anyone's names but he didn't. Harry and Hermione knew that it was the only thing keeping him calm at this point. But at the same time, the bags under his eyes had grown. Even when he was sleeping it didn't feel like it was peaceful. He still looked so angry. The one night that Hermione was giving Harry a haircut when all of sudden there was a loud commotion. I shot up from my bed and made my way over towards.
"Don't expect me to be grateful just because there is another damn thing that we need to find," Ron said.
"I thought you knew what you signed up for?"
"I thought I did too,"
"Well, I'm sorry but I don't quite understand," Harry said as he moved closer to Ron, "What part of this isn't living up to your expectations? Did you think we would be staying in a five-star hotel? Finding a Horcruxes every other day? You thought you would be back with your mum by Christmas?"
"Harry," I hushed as Ron began to raise his voice at him. Arguing about the necklace. Hermione stepped in begging Ron to take the necklace off as it was affecting his mood.
"Do you know why I listen to that radio every night?" Ron asked, "To make sure I don't hear Ginny's name or Fred, or George, or mums."
"You think I'm not listening too?" Harry yelled, "You don't think I know how this feels!"
"No, you don't know how it feels!" Ron shouted at Harry while Hermione as I stood there in silence, "Your parents dead. You have no family."
Harry quickly lunged at Ron as Hermione and I jumped in pulling them off of each other.
"Stop it!" Both of us yelled.
"Go then!" Harry yelled. Ron took the necklace off. Throwing it on the ground as he went to pick up his bags. Hermione trying to stop him on the way out.
"And you?" He asked Hermione, "Are you coming or are you staying?" But Hermione didn't answer. I knew she could leave Harry alone.
"Figures. I saw you two the other night," Ron said.
"Ron," Hermione croaked as Ron looked towards me.
"I suppose you're staying as well," He said as he looked at me before heading out of the tent. I quickly followed after him. Leaving Hermione and Harry in the tent as I knew Hermione would be out moments later to bring Ron back inside.
"Ron!" I shouted as I caught up with him.
"Are you staying or going?" He said as he turned around to face me, hearing Hermione come out of the tent, "Daisy?"
"Let's go," I hushed as Hermione's voice grew stronger. Ron grabbed my arm and quickly apparated us away. Landing in the middle of nowhere with nothing but the clothing we had on and whatever was in his backpack
George's POV
It had been months now and Christmas was around the corner. None of us felt like celebrating Christmas this year with so many of us being gone. But besides being stuck at the Burrow the one thing we were all looking forward to was the birth of Remus and Tonks's son. She was due any day now and the two of them were excited as ever. I knew that if Daisy was here she too would be excited as well, knowing that one of the men who held raised her was going to become a father of his own. Remus had already told us that when Harry and Daisy return they are to be the godparents of little ol' Teddy.
I stopped wasting my time up in my room every day. Knowing that Daisy would want to actually be doing something if she was here. But I was still frustrated. Each morning now I would wake before the sun. Get dressed and go for a little jog to clear my mind. Focus on the nature passing by so quickly instead of my overwhelming thoughts. I had grown close to Gianna since she was spending so much time here and we became friends. She was making my brother happy and fit in so well with the rest of us.
