Imagine it's your birthday and that there is a show today. In honour of your birthday, your boyfriend Louis has promised to take you on stage. You couldn't be more nervous but you're also excited to see what it's like for them in front of thousands upon thousands of people.

"What if I get booed?" You ask Louis as you're chilling backstage before the show.
The only reply is his laugh so you look at him with your eyebrows raised as he holds his stomach almost in tears.
"It's not funny Lou, I was being serious."
"That's why it's funny, because it's the most stupid thing I've ever heard you ask." He splutters.
"Wow thanks." You roll your eyes, giving him a gentle shove.
"No babe, you know I didn't mean it like that. It's just stupid because the fans love you anyway. You've seen twitter and instagram, they're all wishing you a happy birthday. So of course they're not going to boo at you."
A small weight has been lifted from your shoulder but the nervous butterflies are still fluttering madly in your stomach. "If you're sure."
Louis takes your hands in his. "I'm sure." He gives you a big grin before leaning in to kiss you.

"Today is a very special day." Harry starts to say to the huge amount of fans swarming the arena. As he continues, explaining why it's a special day, Louis walks off stage coming to collect you.
"You ready?" He whispers, taking your hand.
Taking a deep breath, you squeeze his hand. "As ready as I'll ever be."

The both of you walk on stage hand in hand. As soon as you step out in front of everyone the crowd erupts into a chorus of happy birthday - led by the other boys of course. You feel your face warm with happiness; your nerves evaporate instantly. You can't help but wave at everyone with your free hand, blowing a few kisses too. Looking to your side, you watch Louis as he gives you a smug smirk, almost as if he's saying 'that's my girl', before returning his attention back to the crowd; singing along to your birthday song.
