Imagine Zayn's away on a press tour for his third solo album. As your schedule is also hectic, you couldn't accompany your boyfriend, as much as you both wanted that to happen.
Instead, you have to both settle for FaceTiming one another every day. At this point it's been almost a month since you've seen him and it's beginning to take a toll on you. Trying to put on a brave face for him, you try to act normal.
"I miss you so much baby." Zayn says in an affectionate tone. All you can do is nod, biting your lip to try and hold back your tears. "Don't get upset Y/N/N, I'll be home soon." "Yeah I know Z." You whisper, your eyes swimming. "And when I see you I'll give you a big kiss, just like this one." in an attempt to make you laugh, he puts on a funny voice, before moving his lips into a big pout.
A small smile appears on your face, although the tears are still there, sometimes blurring your vision.
You see Zayn smile. "There's my favourite smile that I know and adore." Trying to make your smile bigger to make him even happier, you look into his eyes through the screen. "I love you." He gazes into your eyes adoringly, "I love you more baby."
