Chapter 17:New rival

9.00a.m
In the second class(Rosé and Lisa's classroom)
As the teacher entered the room,all of them went quiet and waited for the teacher's instruction attentively.

"Today,we have a new student transferring to our class,her name is Seung Hwa,let's welcome her,"

"Hi,my name is Seung Hwa,I am half Korean and half Spanish,so I can speak Korean,English and a little bit of Spanish,please take care of me,"
She smiled warmly,melting everyone's heart instantly.

"You can sit beside Lisa,"
The seat beside her is the only empty one in the classroom so the teacher told her to sit there.

"Okay,"

"Lucky you,"
Rosé teased Lisa.

"Shut up,"

"Hi,you're Lisa right?"
Seung Hwa asked politely.Lisa nodded and returned her a small smile.

"You look like a doll,"
She praised,Lisa only nodded in acknowledgment,it's just the same old thing she has been hearing from everyone.

"And you're Rosé right?"
She looked at the silver hair(I am legit not sure what's her hair colour now😶)girl.

"Yeah,I am,how do you know my name?"

"Oh,my parents mentioned your name and showed me your picture before I came here, they said that you're their best friend's daughter,"

"Woah,such a small world,isn't it?"

"Actually,your parents were the one who recommended this school to my dad,so they decided to send me here,for a better education they said,"

"Oh,I see,"
Both Lisa and Rosé said in unison.

2.15p.m
In the canteen
Y/N,Jisoo and Jennie are all waiting for the two of them to meet up with them in the canteen.They were discussing about their Biology homework before Lisa and Rosé reached the table.

"Hi,babe,"
Both of them kiss Y/N's cheeks at the same time.

"Why are you taking so long?"
Jennie hollered.

"We were bringing Seung Hwa around the school,"
Lisa explained.

"Yeah,she is a new transfer student,"

"I am Seung Hwa,hopefully y'all are willing to be my friends,"
Honestly,Y/N didn't really like the girl in front of her,she didn't have a particular reason,it's just her instinct.

"Sit down with us,"
Jisoo offered the seat beside her kindly.

"I am Jisoo,this is Jennie and Y/N,"
Unlike Jennie,Y/N didn't even bother to put up a smile.

"Nice to meet all of you,"

"I am going to buy us some food,"
Y/N initiated.

"Let me go with you,"
Seung Hwa volunteered.Obviously,Y/N didn't like it but she could only agree with that,if not, she will look like an unreasonable girl.

"Sure,"
She answered coldly.

When they were on their way back to their table,Seung Hwa accidentally spilled her food over Y/N's shirt.Y/N was not a bad-tempered one but she has severe OCD,having food stain on her shirt could really makes her lose her mind easily.However,she holds the urge to shout at Seung Hwa back although she looks clearly mad.

"I am so sorry,"
She did it on purpose for sure,Y/N knew she is not a kind one ever since she first saw her.Y/N closed her eyes to calm herself down a little.

"You know what,you will bring the food to them,I am going back to my dorm and change,"

"Are you mad at me?"
She asked while acting all innocent.

"No,of course not,"
Y/N said sarcastically.Without saying another word more,she quickly rushed back to her dorm and got rid of the dirty clothes.

Back to the table
"Where is Y/N?"
Jennie asked worryingly as she saw Seung Hwa returned back to the table by herself.

"I accidentally spilled the food on her shirt, she said she wants to change her clothes first so she told me to bring the food here by myself,"

"Okay...but why are you sulking?"
Jennie asked.

"She looked mad,I thought she was going to shout at me,so I got scared,"

"Y/N won't do that,no worries,it's only because she has severe OCD,"
Jisoo defended her girlfriend.

"I did apologise to her just now,but she still looked like she was angry at me,"

"Nah,don't overthink,I bet she won't even remember it later,"
Lisa comforted her.

"I wish so,"
She sighed heavily.

2.45p.m
"Y/N,aren't you only changing your clothes?"
Rosé inquired since Y/N was taking longer than she usually needed.

"No,I have decided to take a bathe instead,I felt damn disgusting,"
She said while glaring at Seung Hwa.Rosé seems to notice the awkward change of atmosphere between them so she changed the topic quickly.

"Oh,yeah,Seung Hwa,what are your parents's jobs?"

"My mum is a housewife and my dad is a company's owner,he owns an agency company,"

"Agency company?Cool,"
Lisa commented.

"Yeah,I could give you a small tour there if you want,"

"It's okay,I don't want to disturb the workers working there,"

"It's totally fine,I could even bring you all to the best restaurant nearby,it is popular for its well-known spaghetti,I have tried it before,it's really nice,"

"Really?Well,you should definitely bring us there then,"
Jisoo remarked.

As the conversation goes on,Y/N's face becomes even more darker.She doesn't even have a chance to say anything because Seung Hwa literally interrupts her when she tries to speak.All of them fail to realise her change of mood,they just kept on talking to Seung Hwa. They get along very well and that's the last thing Y/N wants to witness for now.

"I need to do my homework,I will see you in the dorm later,"
She excused herself to leave the table.

"So early?You haven't even finished half of the food in your plate yet,"
Jisoo said.

"I am full,"
She replied shortly.

"Well,if you don't finish up your food,you won't have energy for tonight though,"
Rosé whispered in her ear mischievously.

"We're not doing anything tonight,"
She rejected right away,she is not in the mood today.
