Third personThis prison, El Cell de Brujas, was deep in a forest. The prison had been erased from the minds of humans. Only mystical creatures knew about this place.
The sky above was jet black with a blood red fog. The fog was so dense that the sun that should've been there, seemed to not exist in such a place. The air surrounding them felt so thick from the wind blowing that they had to float inside a glass bubble that the witches had created for the guards.
They had surrounded the prison with this spell so the criminals could not escape without that bubble. Once the door was opened, they would fall to their knees , suffocating like a fish that had tried to escaped its fishtank.
Tonight another bubble appeared, as it neared the prison a metal door opened and they floated inside a room. Once the door closed, the bubble disappeared and the criminals fell to the ground. The guards laughed as the criminals landed flat on their faces. They were so high up that the woman's nose began to bleed from the impact.
The man was alright, his body was made to take harsher situations. The woman however was weak at the moment. Her cuffs had restraint her to use any of her magic. She was reminded of her childhood days. She felt in anguish as it reminded her of the times her brother was forced to wear these by her stepfather. Something about it making him stronger.
The moment she saw those cuffs, she felt an ache in her chest. If only she could've been strong enough to protect him. Then he would have never grown up to be the man he turned out to be. Then possibly he would still be alive.
She grunted when two of the guards in black armor dragged her down the hall. Behind her the other criminal is dragged by five guards, as a werewolf five guards was necessary. The woman tries to look back at him but the collar they had wrapped around her neck restrains her of doing so.
They go through a few halls and a couple of gates to reach the cells they will be staying in. When they reach their destination a guard who is walking ahead of them unlocks a cell and signals them to place the werewolf in there. The guards walk past the woman, not noticing a green light appearing in her hands. There was only a glint, it was small enough to be kept hidden.
The werewolf glances at the woman who nods as a response. He lets his body go limp as they chain him up with silver chains. He looks back at the brown haired woman letting a tear fall as the woman gets pulled away to another cell.
He had promised her that he would always protect her but he had failed. "I'm here Scarlet" The man mindlinks her to calm her. She takes a couple breathes as two witch guards chain her up with crystal chains. "Alpha is going to get us out of here."
She smiles bitterly knowing that The alpha will not be able to. Maybe in a fair trial but this was not a normal case. She knew that golem elder had it for her, ever since she broke the engagement with his nephew.
She couldn't believe that she almost married into that family. A family loaded with sociopaths, starting with their Great grandfather and ending with the twins. Well so far it had only been Zack that was showing that he inherited their anger. His sister however had been more like his father who had some fairie blood.
She sighs as the guards lock their cells and walk away laughing at some pathetic joke they made about her figure. Her mate growls at them causing them to stop and spit into his cell before laughing away with the other guards.
"Bloody witches." Scarlet glares at the floor as she hears them walk out. The lights that were dim to begin with get turned off completely. She waits a few minutes before she knows it's safe to speak "I'm sorry." She turns to the direction of the cell her mate is in. "I'm so sorry."
