           Isaiah's POV

"Who?" My lovely mate asks.

"Syan and chance. They were the other two wolves that joined to defend Luna and her family." I explain which he tilts his head to. He's so freaking cute.

"Were they part of the pee incident?" He asks.

"No they would never hurt our children in any way." I take his hand and kiss it. "They were just going to defend Luna and their family. Which they didn't really try if you noticed"

"But why?" He asks.

"I'm Not quite sure. I have an idea with chance because he has claw marks around his heart. As when a mate rejects you." Dean's eyes soften at that and nods , understanding.

"Do you think it was that Luna chick?" He asks laying his head on my shoulder.

"Could be." I answer softly giving him another peck on his head. "We can't visit them tonight. We will visit them tomorrow." I give a tight hug before I stand up and walk over to the coffee table to grab my phone "do you like Chinese food?"

"Yes!" He smiles which causes me to smile. "Mate is the most precious thing in this world." I smile as I agree with Frode. "I love Chinese food" .

"Then I'll order some for dinner." He looks over to my clock, his eyes widening." I walk towards him "It's been a long day" I then grab his face and peck his soft lips. "The boys will be here soon. So that's all I can do for now." I tell him causing him to pout .

I'm happy that my boys love Dean. Last night was amazing , we just spent the rest of the night with each other as a happy family. The boys haven't even asked for Monica. I knew Blaise wouldn't but I thought at least Sage would miss her. If I knew that they wouldn't miss her at all then I wouldn't have ever waited so long to kick her out. I look back at my mate and smile that at least I'm here with my mate now. "Who's house is that?" He asks pointing ahead.

A big house covered in dead vines and carrying the smell of death. "That's the Grim's house." I whisper as we get closer. "No one comes over here but him and his ... clients as he likes to call them" I begin to walk faster pulling him with me.

We both jump when we hear a bloody scream. "What was that?" Dean asks.

"Just keep walking my love." He listens. And I continue leading , passing his house. That sounded like Luna. I know I told him to take his time but it's already been two days. I didn't really think he was going to keep them alive for so long. I shudder at the thought. Just block it out .

We walk a few more miles when I see the abandoned shed . We walk in and I see Chance and Syan tied to chairs. Lieser is feeding them soup. I sigh and sit in front of them . Chance keeps his head down as so does Syan except Syan keeps peeking at me. "I'm not going to kill you".

"Tsk" chance looks up "you have to Alpha. . You can't look weak."

I look down at his chest and back at his face . He turns away "at the moment it may seem that death is better then living." I walk towards him and crouch in front of him as I place a hand on his chest "you will get another chance, the moon goddess will bless you . So don't lose it because your first mate was stupid enough to reject you."
