26th July 1977
"Ahhh schools out for the summer" sighed Gracie particularly pleased as she leant back resting her legs on Lily's lap.
"What are you guys doing for the summer?" asked Alice curiously "Fancy coming over?"
"Sirius and James are coming round mine Sunday evening but other than that I'm free" shrugged Gracie "Lils?"
"I- oh yeah me too" nodded the red head
"In the meantime" smirked Gracie "Tell us all about you and a particular Frank Longbottom" she teased wiggling her brows at the blushing pureblood. "Sirius said he was sure he saw you two snogging the other day"
"Oh leave her alone" defended Lily "it's not as if you and Sirius aren't joint at the lip twenty four hours of the day"
"Oi!" she gasped in offence "You would be too if your boyfriend looked like that thank you very much, he's gorgeous" she sighed dreamily
"I beg to differ" scoffed Lily
"He is pretty fit Lils" agreed Alice as lily stubbornly shook her head
"Oh wait" smirked Gracie "I almost forgot you wanna snog James now" she sung teasingly as Lily's face continued to redden "Oh imagine your babies! oh they'll be so cute! I bet-"
"Not gonna lie Gracie the way you and Sirius have been lately you'll be the first having kids" joked Alice
"We're careful!" she defended
"You haven't been using protection for weeks!" laughed Lily
"He pulls-out!"
"That doesn't always work Grace" said Lily
"Oh please" scoffed the Irish girl "I'll be fine, anyway speaking of babies Molly Weasley is finally pregnant again!"
"Good for her" nodded Alice in approval "I hope it's a girl, she always said she wanted a girl"
"I have a feeling she's not going to stop until she gets one"
The girls conversation was soon interrupted however when one out of the four marauders came knocking on the door to their compartment. The attention of the three girls was soon diverted onto the boy an excited smile making its way onto Gracie's lips as her boyfriends face appeared on the other side of the glass.
"Hello" smiled Sirius "Uh, Lily. Don't you have a prefects meeting to go to?"
"Oh! Shit" she cursed scrambling up and darting out of the compartment without another word.
