Gracie was in her dormitory her friends fretting over what she was wearing as she added the final coat of mascara to her lashes and topped her lips up with more lipgloss. "How do I look?"
"Oh he is going to have a fit when he sees you!" gushed Lily
"Bit dramatic Lils" laughed Gracie "Okay" she said taking a deep breath "I'm ready" she said ready to leave the door until the sound of Alice's voice stopped her.
"Wait!" said the brunette girl "Before you go we all need a quick chat."
"We do?" frowned their red head friend "About what?"
Alice simply smiled tightly at the two girls gesturing for them to sit on the bed "Conan is a nice lad Grace...but you still have feelings for Sirius, you still love him and always will and the wound of your break up is still fresh, so be careful you don't lead him on yeah?"
"Of course not!" exclaimed Gracie "Obviously I still love Sirius I mean we were together since second year for god sake! I was in love with him!-"
"Was? or are?" questioned Lily
"It doesn't matter anymore, I'm moving on." smiled Gracie "Besides this is just one date for Conan and I to get to know each other, for all I know it could go terribly and we could absolutely hate each other" she laughed
"that's probably going to be the most likely of the two situations giving the fact you literally just got out of a four year relationship that you have been in since you were twelve.." said Alice warily "Now go! Have fun!" she said ushering her out of the door
"Okay, okay" giggled Gracie grabbing her bag and wand "see you soon" she winked
"Meet us in the three broomsticks!" said Alice "we will probably be with the boys"
"Wait what?" said Lily with wide eyes looking at Alice expectantly making Gracie giggle again.
"Okay" she laughed "Bye sexies"
"Bye gorgeous!" waved the two girls.
Gracie smiled as she walked down the dormitory stairs and into the common room. Only to be greeted with Remus, James and Peter on the sofa. James let out a low wolf whistle seeing his friend and Peter pretended the faint whilst Remus shook his head in amusement.
"You look beautiful Grace" smiled the lycanthrope gently
"Thanks Remmy" she smiled
"She doesn't look beautiful" disagreed James with a shake of his head "She looks spectacular"
"Hot" added Peter
"Gorgeous" continued James
"Exquisite"
"Delicious"
"Fabulous"
"Stunning"
"Wow" came another voice from the stairs to be boys dormitory making all heads turn to the source of the voice to see Sirius standing at the bottom of the stairs staring straight at Gracie in some sort of trance. Gracie tried to contain her blush but was unable to do so until she reminded herself of the painful fact that Sirius didn't love her anymore.
